LBC's Nick Ferrari was livid this morning, that she'd been on every news outlet available (including Al Jazeera !) but had declined to speak to him. He would have given her the the type of verbal battering that reduces her to a jibbering wreck. And I'd pay good money to hear her take on Majid Nawaz !

I don't know the exact amount, but I'd imagine that 650 sycophantic shysters must attract a fair amount of bile and vitriol. But, for one person to attract a third of it............and still not take the hint ?

I read a short interview with Abbott in Saturday's paper. She receives one third of all the abusive communications received by MPs - a fact I find a little surprising.............and yet completely understandable !

There's nothing at all wrong with it - the target should be to remove every one of them ! She resigned because she'd painted herself into a corner she couldn't get out of - she misled (lied to) parliament. Of all the things politicians can get up to, that is the cardinal sin.

Well, my prediction was wrong ! Looks like the damage she was doing by staying was greater than the damage to the PM by resigning ? So, will the focus of the immigration fiasco turn on the previous incumbent.........what was her name again ? Or is this to take the focus away from a weak PM ?

So, was she any good on QT ? I dont watch it, for the sake of my blood pressure, but I guess "the Windrush affair" featured prominently ? If it did, I can hear her now - '"institutionally racist"...blah blah......"public enquiry"........blah blah.........."following on from Grenfell"........blah blah......and so on (and on and on and on !). Am I far off ?

I'd disagree, mate. She's acting as Mrs May's human shield. If she goes, the flak will turn on her predecessor, who is already in a very weak position.
