  1. Don't put this question on the terrier section they will lynch you ha ha. Better off with a purpose bred rabbits dog, whippet or lurcher
  2. I think any type of lurcher will ferret well if entered correctly, the smaller type are preferred due to rabbits running into tight spaces and the dog needs to be quick of the mark. I have a saluki whippet bull greyhound and he excells at ferreting he is only 24" tts. Marks well, and catches runners
  3. Second that, I had a lurcher collar made by him and the workmanship and quality are excellent, any leather work see gaffer.
  4. f***ing feet no good for rabbits too lol Fecking deerhound in them as well lol
  5. They look belters gaffer, Stan is the double of his dam and fudge is a belter. As I know they are very obedient and should make excellent workers. Mattyg's pup looks well you have bred a good litter, if they turn out anything like their sire and dam they will be cracking dogs. (feets too big though lol)
  6. easy pal just don't leave one out Gaffer is doing a good job with both pups they are both very obedient aswell as very energetic. The black one is a real lump and will be a great powerhouse of a dog the red one will all so be. These dogs have great potential.
  7. I had it a few year back, something in the ground was giving off interference, ended up digging a hole 5ft wide by 4ft deep to find the ferret, the land is no longer available as they have built houses on it shame really used to hold alot of wildlife
  8. Just started watching it today funny enough them guys got it tough but looks very enjoyable. They respect their catch and use every bit of it
  9. That's alot of dog men then lolYeah he said you can spot them a mile off, they either have a big bully cross and trainers on or a skinny salukiki cross and steel toe cap boots
  10. Don't mind driving the fields but leaving game is just disrespectful. Driving should be done with permission
  11. Maybe true my dog will stay at heel until needed but I still like the slip lead
  12. As the title says how many dog men use slip leads? I do and alot of people I have been out with do but also been out with men who dont. I myself prefer the slip don't no why I just do I like to feel the dog pull before the slip
  13. Great video thanks for sharing, that mink is a stunner
  14. That would be great in their own country. Then non of us have to mix with them.
