I don't use any pre made pre workouts I just use a mix of BCAAs, l glutamine, caffeine, creatine and a scoop of glycofuse and same again straight after with a protein shake.

Love doing squats but they hurt like hell the day after. Usually do 4 sets of 8-12 reps increasing weight each set

There's a documentary on netflix called bigger faster stronger it gives a full explanation into steroids and how they work, what they do etc. Well worth a watch. Also check out steriod com it also explains they different types. They are great if used correctly and not abused, if you are taking steroids you need to eat clean, stay away from any drugs and alcohol. Taking them is a science not a get big quick miracle. If used correctly the results are great

they would still lack wind mate....whats the point when a lurcher will do everything and more Is that from experience though? I've seen a greyhound in the field. It had more than enough wind and would do everything a half decent lurcher would. I aren't saying it was a world beater. But greyhounds aren't the bags of shit they are sometimes made out to be. Agree with you there gaz, I have seen one which made the grade she was a cracking point and slip dog would take stuff regular she had the heart of a lion but was brainless

Its an art to be able to box like that.I no mate but my young lad is a boxer an if he done wat mayweather done ran away he would Ov got beat but am no expert I am a Pac man fan, mayweather did not run away he boxed pacman and beat him with ease, making Pac man look average. Mayweather showed the world he is the number 1 pound for pound boxer and should be shown the respect he deserves

Free to good home, 2 Jill's one polecat coloured the other albino. Polecat coloured one is 6 years old and knows her job if a rabbit is at home she will shift it. Had them both from kits. Albino one is 3 years old and I would say she is just a average working ferret, does her job but the polecat one does it better. Both are silly tame as handled by me daily and my son now and then never once bitten anybody except dog. Doncaster area. -
