  1. I don't know how he started tats. He reckons its not difficult to breed them as long as they have space, good food and peace and quiet.
  2. His place is like a fortress and he keeps a low profile. He has sports cars and land rovers dotted around his gaffe. He keeps his birds in big aviaries. The tops of the aviaries have a double layer of heavy duty fishing net on them to secure his birds. Wire net is too hard on the birds if they panic and fly into it. I repair the nets for him every year. I can sew and repair nets. We have a few days out with the hawks in exchange.
  3. He even apologised for swearing and littering.lol
  4. Wow, never seen so many. Brilliant.
  5. I know a bloke who breeds birds of prey for export, mostly to the Arabs. He is very, very wealthy.

  7. No baby squeakers here yet, but at dusk you can see the bucks out early looking for does. You often see them scrapping with fur flying. They take risks this time of year. I've nailed plenty of them with dogs over the years. No frogspawn hate yet. Any down your end Arry?
  8. Four minute delay before a VAR decision. Crazy.
  9. Were its balls pink after you booted them or before?
  10. Lurcher game eh? Terrible luck for a pup.
  11. I remember him. A bit overweight when he played and not that tall. Helluva brave goalie with an Elvis quiff.
  12. I love em. One of my favourites.
  13. Is your collie cross missing a toe mate?
  14. Thought this lurcher might be of interest. Rabbits cannot be hunted in Scotland so check this machine out. Something different.
  15. There's been ravens flying over the rookery near my house. Their croak is unmistakable. They are either looking for rook eggs to eat or roosting or nesting sights. Great tits and blue tits have been gathering moss and lichen. I don't think they are really serious at the minute though. Probably just getting in the mood.
  16. Fergie was a master of psychology . He could spin any narrative to his advantage. If you read biographies about him, he was totally ruthless. Sometimes cruel and greedy. He also created this " everybody's against us" mentality. The richest club in the world and he created " a poor us", resentful vibe in the team. He played mind games with other managers, opposition players and refs. I used to really enjoy his mastery of press conferences. He reigned over journalists like they were terrified schoolboys. Discipline was his watchword. Anybody that stood up against him was history. Even world
  17. I've a cat that lurks around my bird table. It belongs to a girl with special needs so I just have to put up with it. The dog has a feud going on with it. But the cat perches itself on a purr _fect safe place, just beyond the dogs reach ...and teases the life out of it.
  18. That reminded me to take my blood pressure tablet. Think I'll double the dose. Fairplay, he kept his cool. Top man.
  19. You can't criticise a God like that. Beware a thunderbolt from Heaven you semi Irish heathen.
  20. Slot must learn from Fergie who said that in any competition , even against weak competition, you start with your strongest eleven. Once you have mastery over the weaker team and put them to bed, then you can then sub elite players and experiment with youngsters. Simples. But I do feel your pain.Not. I hope you feel Man U pain, because on a scale of one to ten, our pain levels are twenty. I have never seen such a team of individuals pretending to be a team. It's hard to watch.
  21. How do matches work? Best of three, best of five etc. I've never been around matches.
  22. Met a lad today and asked him where his saluki/ grey was. He's usually accompanied by it. He said it had accidentally pulled a roe and then turned aggressive towards him when he approached. He said he didn't feel safe with it anymore. Believable? He gets through a lot of lurchers and is not the most reliable of blokes. Anybody had a similar lurcher or experience?
  23. Have you seen YouTube videos with massive dogs "protecting" new born babies? These people need to get real. The owners talk crap about how they love the baby and will protect it with their lives. No dog should ever be left alone with a baby or toddler. They are mad.
  24. I went to a similar school for 6 months. When I arrived I was warned not to go into Mr Warwick's office because he was a paedophile. Soon after I arrived he ordered me to his room for talking in the crocodile line going down to breakfast. I went to his room but refused to enter. I just shouted "no" every time he ordered me in. Eventually he realised I was making such a fuss that he was drawing attention to himself so gave me two of the cane in the corridor. Ir was a great school. The main subject was brutality. Three of the teachers eventually ended up in jail. Lovely
  25. Has she tried booting it up the bum until it releases it? It's a quaint old British tradition we have over here. Actually I'm full of crap, my Mrs has a similar fixation on her little dog. Spends a fortune on it. If I look at it the wrong way she defends it. Something weird has occurred in people's brains when it comes to modern pet dogs. They are worshipped and pampered as though they are little gods. My Mrs jokingly calls her mutt her "emotional support dog". Which doesn't say much for me does it.
