    I can think of a dozen more newsworthy events than 'woman kicks horse'. Some horses require a firm hand ( or boot), the same as some dogs. I once went to a field trial with a famous handler. Before we went he took one of his competing springers into a barn and leathered it. He said it was such a hard b*****d that it knew it could get away with things in a field trial with so many watching, so he was just reminding it who the daddy was. He said he had done it way out of sight and sound of his other competing bitch because it was so sensitive it would be stressed out and unable to perform had

    It's not a consultation. It's a disingenuous smokescreen, so the government can claim everybody was consulted and, as a result, it decided upon a certain course of action. The reality is that the decision to press ahead with further legisaltion has already been made. I have explained the position to my dogs and they have promised me they will obey existing and new laws at all times.?

    Last time I was in Spain I was walking along a drinking street and some pissed up old grannies shouted "El Largo" at me. (I'm tall compared to Spanish blokes anyway.) I played up to them, made a fist and put my left arm on my right bicep and raised my right arm. They cackled like f**k. Mrs went one better though, she shook her head and held up her little finger and bent it. They cackled even more. Universal communication.?

    The mark up on 5hose plastic henhouse must be astronomical. They are only same as a plastic barrel. Somebody handy could get plastic barrels for free and adapt them.

    Ever been to a bullfight? I defend the Spaniards right to continue their tradition. And I can see the drama, the risk and a bit 9f raw beauty but personally it would be a bit too gory for me. I would just feel sorry fora majestic animal literally brought to its knees.

    Watched a 5part documentary about him on iplayer. Very good watch. I recommend it. He had a tragic, eventful, chaotic life. Drink destroyed him in the end

    Parasite. Korean. Makes a change from Hollywood stuff. I recommend. Amazon. Watched The Seven Samurai for the first time. Loved it.,Mrs not so much. Can see why it's a classic and how The Magnificent 7 was a copy of it. Top notch imo.
