Yeah, you're right. Collie crosses are OK for those who can gel with them, but not all of us can or want to. I remember him saying saluki blood should never be brought into bitzas. Can't remember why. He considered himself an authority on lurchers, which is questionable. There are genuine authorities out there... Old Phil and Skycat and a lot of lads who aren't on the Internet. But, as I say he entertained and got a lot of folk interested.

Plummer brought the world of lurchers, terriers and ferrets out into the public arena. Previously, the only time you saw the word 'lurcher' was in the now defunct Exchange and Mart which was a weekly magazine where you could buy all, sorts. A bit like an offline Ebay. I guess he set Hancock up in business and despite producing some duffers, he also produced some cracking dogs. Those who knew him reckon he was a wrong un, or partly a wrong un, but he did introduce a lot of folk into the sport because of his writings. I believe his terriers delivered what they said on the tin.

I've been shot by one of those when I was a kid. Holding a jam lid above my head as a target. How thick is that? Hit me right in the soft part of the thumb. A and E job. I've still got a scar on my thumb and a weird looking thumb nail One of my other brothers has a blue line right up his arm where he was hit with a stray slug from the same gun. Kids and gun safety eh? lol

My son was a big fan when he was a teenager. Collected all his books and articles and persuaded me to buy him a merle half cross from Hancock. It had the speed of a collie and the brain of a particularly retarded greyhound.

At his peak, Smoking Joe for me. He was a human pitbull. The more he was hit the gamer he became.

Check out Pets4homes, several adult American bullies are going for £100. I daresay if you haggle they would willingly give them away them for nothing. Some advertisers offer no additional information. Some say they are dog aggressive. One numpty says he has tried everything " even training" but his bitch is still reactive. There are dozens of litters of pups open to anybody with the money. You can't buy a gun without a licence, which includes a doctors reference and a background check. It is also very difficult to get on to ground and shoot deer for example without producing certificat

I think you are right but only at that time in Fraziers career. I think there would have even different outcomes if they had fought when Frazier was at his best.

I remember being amazed and saddened watching the first fight. I think Joe was caught early on on the temple. He didn't go down but I think his head was scrambled from then on. Foreman found his range so easily. Frazier didn't seem to know how to get inside and seemed to stand off him and allow Foreman dozens of free, really punishing punches. In the second fight I think Frazier tried to learn from Ali , he backed off and stayed on the ropes a lot. He seemed to abandon his major strength...relentlessly coming forward. It didn't work, Foreman found his range again and bludgeoned Joe.

I know exactly how he felt.

I think there are plenty of psychotic dogs and that these psychotic dogs appear more often in certain breeds. Inadequate, vulnerable people are attracted to these breeds because they offer status and protection. Solutions? Compulsory muzzling of all dogs in public and compulsory insurance for dog owners. Premiums would obviously depend on breed and weight. I have spoken. End of discussion.

Good sales pitch that. "Tranquil cottage available, hidden away amongst Devon's meandering country lanes. A unique feature of this cottage is that you may roll your car on the approach or exit, but it will be a talking point for the rest of your lives." Lol

Frazier should have " gamest man to ever lace a pair of gloves on" engraved on his tombstone. Respect.

Sorry mate but no, it wasn't your influence, I've been reading Mao's little red book. He killed millions in the name of communism and brotherhood. And yes I have received your application for chief of morality police. Your CV is indeed impressive. I'm not promising, but your stated and obvious extensive knowledge in sado masochistic practices will weigh heavily in your favour when I make the appointment. However, your thinly disguised offer of a bribe was somewhat ironic given the fact that the job description clearly states an applicant must possess a high standard of moral int

Camel's toe is this year's 'in' look. I'm looking into establishing a morality policeforce with the aim of caning any female parading such a look. Same as in Iran. Identities will be taken and parents will be visited and also caned.

Not if I'm fuhrer. By the way, I'm having your identity worked on now by my SS. I will have no f****n insubordination from your type. f****n XL bully sympathisers.
-
That's why I'm advocating a XL bully eradication programme at no cost to the general public. The time for discussion and weak legislation has passed. Its time for action. I am taking to the streets immediately. Don't cross me in any way. Protecting an XL bully by standing in front of it as I take aim will be pointless.I'll take you both out.

That's what pisses me off about Fury more than anything, his inactivity. Ali fought " a bum a month" and also participated with a money making cross over contest with that jap wrestler. Fury picks his meat and then gives out "I'll fight any man born of woman", I'm a fighting man" zzzzzzzzzz.

John Fury/ xl bulldogs same category mate. Oiling and polishing my rifle as I write this mate.
-
When I am fuhrer, I will personally shoot the f****n lot. They are a fucktard's dog mutilating and killing people. I will shoot on sight any dog resembling XL bully. Anti_social c**ts who own them would also end up dead if they complained or looked at me the wrong way. Off to take my medication now.

He would have taken Fury into to 'deep waters and drowned him'. Fury has never been in deep water. On his arse yes, but never under psychologically sapping, consistent pressure.
-
How do you think Ali would have fared against Fury? I remember Brian London, who was totally outclassed by Ali, saying that fighting Ali was " the greatest honour of his life". Personally, I think Ali would have beaten Fury comfortably. And if Fury had any class at all, he should repeat what London said.

Are you going to stick to targets or hunt game?

Cars in my area received a good coating of the stuff. Forced me to clean my car which tends to be an annual event usually. Boffins, why is it black and not sand coloured?
