importing people with skills is not the answer, we need to get back to training our own people, anything less than that is just stupid,short sighted bullshit Obviously the priority should be to train our own, but there will be occasions where there is a shortage of certain professionals. Maybe for example another part of the world, say Canada, is way ahead of us in a certain division of bio pharmacuticles. I wouldn't be seen dead with those lot who were marching,don't associate much with anyone who does. I think they're counter-productive.
