    Why do people always get so excited by these come back fights? It's meant to be an easy fight,everyone knows that so the fact it was a quick knockout doesn't mean Haye only fights nobodies or that he's been reborn as Muhammed ali with more power. It's exactly what's meant to happen,he was meant to win and done it in style,that' all we got from that fight.

    how do you meen mate jest like walking the dogs or do i need to do streches and stuff You'll want to stretch after you train,if you go to a gym ask one of the instructors to show you a routine,mobility exercises,proper form if you're doing weights,how to cool down and stretch etc it's all very important stuff to know or you can do yourself more harm than good. Mobility exercises are something you do before you warm up that will help your joints. Had a look on youtube and this vid walks you through a lot of exercises.

    If you're overweight and looking at doing a lot of cardio and high rep stuff I hope you look after your joints. Mobilization exercises before you train and even just when you wake up will help.

Only a contrary ideology that will sink to the same depths if necessary is strong enough to reverse the damage. it's not Muslims or even immigrants as a whole that are the real problem,it's the people who (willfully or not) empower them in our society.

    I got dragged to football until I was about 8-9 which I hated every minute of,boxed from about 13 then Thai boxing and jujitsu. The only sport I had any talent in is Thai boxing,done well straight from the get-go won a few fights after just a few months training,then fecked my knee sparring,brought the lad down slowly from a clinch so as not to hurt him ,he wrapped my leg then tried to throw me over him and there was a loud popping noise,and that was it. lesson is don't train with f***ing idiots,and if you have to smash f**k out of them,don't play nice. Not that I'm bitter...

    As you can see by that video even though the dog is doing damage a 40-50lb dog can be dragged about and manhandled to a degree whereas with a 80lb+ dog your going nowhere unless it's the dog doing the dragging about. I haven't been bitten like that without a sleeve on so don't know,but do you not think if the dog wants to anchor down and keep you stationary most people would do so out of pain compliance?

    It's crazy to think how far Heavyweight boxing has come in the last 8 or 9 years,I remember when channel 5 first started showing boxing and the British heavyweight title contenders and champion was between Matt Skelton,Danny Williams,Michael Sprott and Audley Harrison,maybe more I can't remember. I doubt any of them on their best day would last the distance with any of the current top 5 current fighters. We went to see their imaginary great uncle,they had a great time seeing his imaginary snakes and tarantula and lizard,their imaginary mothers just finished making their imagination tea which we're all going too pretend to eat.     Modern parliamentary democracy doesn't work,it doesn't represent or work in the interest of the majority or even a large miority and never has. There were forms of democracy that worked in the past,but with the media owned and used to manipulate the opinions of the masses even they wouldn't work now. It's not about left and right,it's about looking after yourself and your own people first. I have to agree that the system is corrupt but there needs to be a common aim to fix it And there isn't a common aim,a 'diverse' society by it's very nature doesn't have any one set of aims/morals.
