    Hares

Spot on Michael, foxes decimate leverets, atb NID. I've found more hare carcases round cubbing earths than rabbits round here.
  2. How old/big are you out of interest? I've got the two common sizes and they are both easy enough to squeeze but then i'm not small and spend a lot of time pruning trees with secateurs but I wouldn't say any other adult would struggle with them.
  3. Whats the big deal? There temeperaments are all different the same as every other breed of dog. Some fight some don't same as every other breed of dog. What do you walk them with???????? Collars like every other breed of dog If you bring em up and socialise them the same as you would any other breed they won't be different, if its bred from nut cases then it might be one too but brought up well it should be ok.
  4. Cat food, the foil trays are good just peel the lid off and chuck it in.
  5. I'm sure i've heard somewhere before about lowering the height of the bed so the dog can't stand up fully for a while, that way that can't piss etc. My old bosses labrador would shit in his bed every day and had all his life for about 10 years and it was as though he aimed for them when it came to lying down, at least he was yellow and you knew where not to stroke
  6. I thought the hob had to be in season to be castrated ie at about a year old? You'd also have to make doubly sure your vet hasn't fecked up and castrated like a lot have had done before.
  7. She's definitely a plucky little bugger for a Scottie dog
  8. If it wasn't our busiest time at work and I could get time off i'd have a go for a laugh, good luck to all who enter

  11. I'd get your eyes tested mate, its obviously got poley markings and TOMO just calls his jill poley his Mink
  12. ferrets can't hybridize with mink Yes they can
  13. Flick the lead so that the length of it slaps him on the back, doesn't hurt them but they soon get the idea
  14. Yeah mate something like that. I think there is an army bag designed for carrying the radio which looks good for carrying the battery pack, I think it was strongstuff who had one on here that I saw. Cheers Degs
  15. I was thinking something like this http://www.militarymart.co.uk/load-bearing...ck/prod_61.html Degs unless there is anything better in there for carrying an 18 amp battery in which isn't too expensive.
  16. Are you planning on going in there soon Degsy? I could do with a decent rucksack for the lamp battery but theres no way i'm going into ormskirk shopping on a weekend its heaving even though there is pussy everywhere . If you see a decent one give me a shout, Cheers
  17. Is that the 3/4 kerry cross on the left? The merle looks like a bull greyx collie grey? They're looking good anyway
  18. Training should start as soon as the pups used to you imo mate, its always puzzled me why gun dog people leave the pup in a kennel till its 6 months old or more before training commences.
  19. It would probably be easier to get hold of a non ped whippet or a small grey mate.
  20. Never had it happen to me personally, good catch though. My mate had a magpie and a cat in one side of his larsen this year, the cat didn't touch it and they were both just sat there when he arrived
  21. cheers for the offer mate, tis a shame you are a fair bit away! just my luck! got a strong pup here aswell would benefit from some rat action! Whats your pup like with other dogs? If I can get somewhere sorted for a few rats I'll take you out with my pup. PM me your number or something.
