what do you want to hatch?i might have space for 1 broody to hatch some eggs for you.
I'm not entirely sure mate, have you any decent fertile eggs knocking about spare?
I've heard that about linnet cocks getting aggressive when they are in condition, mine is steady as a rock at the mo which is what made me think about getting a hen for him and seeing if i could get them steady enough to cage breed.
Only reason I asked mate is that the finch noted mules are worth more, imo the whole idea of breeding a finch mule is to have it finch noted but a more reliable singer with hybrid vigour but as long as your happy with the bird that's the main thing.
If I don't get any mules this year I'm gonna pack in trying and just breed Irish fancies and possibly linnets, got 3 muling pairs this year so fingers crossed.
Only difference is the collar size and in some cases the depth it goes to. I use my mk3 on my terrier coz the transmitter just slides off the ferret strap and onto the terrier strap.
Discipline, people will recommend allsorts but a terrier will take the piss if it knows it will get away with it. A more timid animal needs a softer approach but terriers in general are proper rum feckers
