  1. Joking aside and that does sound like a good idea. We have been planning something similar and I'm not joking. Our 9kw shower has been used less by me over the last few weeks. I am now relying on the sniff test before I use it ? My son has a 3kw radiator in his room, which he isn't using at all. A calculation of 69p per kwh over 24 hours using that radiator would work out £49.68 per day! I know the radiator use is intermittent, but it gives you an idea of costing.
  2. So back to the energy prices ? I'm gonna get more solar panels 13 x 410w Hyundai panels and all the bits £6000 which is less than 6 months Lecky at the mo. That will give me over 9kw of power, lets see how that goes. Got some more blankets and thick socks too.
  3. Can you update us on your findings, so I don't have to trawl through 520 pages of who knows what has been said. I'd love to know there is resident big cats in the UK.
  4. Don't need the Government, I'd be more than happy if someone from here or someone I know could show me something.

  10. Take them down the Chinese and they'll stir fry them for you.
  11. In my experience, if your animals aren't eating stuff, they ain't hungry enough and if you are offering them alternatives, well you are going down the road of "my children don't like this and won't eat that" ? I feed lots of raw fish, and two of my dogs will turn their nose up at it. This is more than likely to happen if I have been feeding them say Chicken or tripe for a while or they havent been run for a few days. Same goes with Rabbit, they can just take it and leave it on the floor. The same picky dogs have to be "very" hungry to want to eat Pheasant, in fact most of them ain't
  12. I have kept pups to a good age, just to make sure they have gone to the best and most suitable homes.
  13. There aint a lot on here working their dogs regularly. This means a lot of dogs are sitting about in kennels having a miserable life. Then when the dogs don't perform, they get pasted from pillar to post or worse. In an ideal world, you'd want your pups to be given plenty of time and a home for life. If they are worked properly, well that's a bonus. Over the past 40 year of working dogs, I've had six litters and all have been bred for mine and my friends own use. Most of the pups have been worked, but a few have had a great life in active pet homes and even then they worked, ev

  16. Got a whole litter of Lurcher types that bite. All steady, but you cant be heavy handed with 'em. They are Shepherd based. You've spoken to me about them. Is the Cattle dog not a Shepherd type?
  17. Cost a whole heap of money, clearing sites of reptiles. You have to be clear for about a week before works are allowed to commence.
