  3. I like to build them gradually six weeks is about right I think . I always remember my rugby days I know it's warm but it ain't gonna kill them or me done right.

Well with only a few weeks (six) to the start of the season I've started to push the dogs a little more on our walks ( and myself for that matter).There well earned rest is coming to an end and Our evening jaunts are becoming a more serious affair with increased pace and distance. I'm having to stay close to water because of the heat and the river beds are doing the dogs feet a world of good. Anyone else made a start yet?
