The thing with the fireblade is they are a century but they're the 'entry level' so it's not the same calibre of rod as a t900 or kompressor. The same as a the 6s won't compare to a tournament pro. Don't get fooled by the name on em mate.
Let us know which one you get bud ?
Another point; my best mate owns a decent shop and he'll happily tell anyone he's sold more 6s than any other rod around that price. Fireblades for sale all the time already but you hardly see any afaws for sale. They do exactly as they say on the tin
Used both; 6 & baits all day for me. I only fish for ray and huss and mine have managed it all. Used them up the channel and on much rougher ground right through to clean ground. I just wouldn't trust the fireplace like I do my 6s.
It doesn't have to be sunny; just daylight. A panel or 2 to an invertor would probably power a fan heater during the whole daylight period without a battery. Which ever option you chose just try and find the lowest watt available
We don't have any batteries; was only talking to my mate about this about an hour ago; we used £25 electric since the 14th so a few batteries would probably be all we needed
No I'm not. I dig worm, sandeel, prawn, crab, lobster, mackerel, herring etc. Etc
It's the most sustainable form there is, we do it all by hand and over a vast area
I've just re read it properly Ken and I don't believe there will be much movement above the rocks.
A way to test this that would cost a 10er is to buy a drill pump and put it in the place of the filter
