    Looked at the tides at the start of the week and we decided exactly which tide we'd be fishing. Me, Mills, Tom and Decs headed up; when we left it was -2 but dropping rapidly and by the time we got out the motors it was -6.5⁰c. First call was the fire; I'm sure decs had it roaring before his rod was set up. As usual because we were targeting thornies it was live prawn on a 2ft pulley; the prawns sit absolutely perfect on the 3/0 Avenjas from Limitless as I've shown already. I'd love to be able to say it was constant fish but it was far from it, in fact it was awfully slow with prawns

    Same as me mate; vass waders and smock with ridgeline fleece and I'd go anywhere, luckily I live in my waders so am fairly comfortable

    Finished digging; raced home to grab bait and Mills and off we go. So the forecast said slight offshore wind and a 2 -3ft swell ... beautiful. When we arrived you could hear the waves from the top of the cliff; we thought with the mark being 8ft or so off the water it would have been fishable but as we climbed down we could see the the swell was washing over the top on every third or so wave and had to change mark for our own safety. So the only way we could fish tonight was to take advantage of one of the many harbour walls east Cornwall has to offer. Even this wasn't particularly comfor
