Sounds like your doing Insanity..
High protein, & Veg and for carbs try and substitute with butternut squash or sweet potatoes
try and eat every 3 hours
stay off the white carbs ie potato, white rice, white bread in fact just stay off bread all together
stay off sugar or any fizzy drinks, just drink plenty of water
one day a week it is a good idea to have a cheat day where you can eat what you fancy
As long as your eating the right types of foods you will see good gains and a change in physique
