  1. Im about to uprate my edgun and its personal preference , if you have a use for it then go for it
  2. Problem sorted, i spoke to my flo and he and his boss are happy for me to uprate my rifle and inform them once its above 12ft lbs
  3. I spoke to my flo today, who also spoke to his superior to check what he was telling me was ok and they decided all i needed to do was notify them of my aquisition when the rifle is shooting over 12ft lbs, i would be aquiring the rifle from myself and they authorised me to add ot to my own ticket once i had notified them, I don't need a variation as i have .22 fac air on my ticket already, They also confirmed what you have already said about notificatikns and its perminant fac status whoch i am fine with So now thats all cleared up im off to the shed to uprate the regulator
  4. Cheers but its my edgun im planning to turn up, so i know it will do well at fac and it will cost me nothing to upgrade it :-) i dont plan on getting rid either
  5. Hey guys, If i already own an air rifle and i want to put it on my ticket and increase its power what would the procedure be? Do i need to give it to an rfd who will then give ot back to me so i can then send the details off to the police of where i got the rifle? Even though it will be me giving it to them then them giving it to me? Basically i can do the work to put the power myself up but i obviously want to be above board so i dont fall foul of the law and i want it to be on my ticket before i do the work... Cheers

  8. Awesome scopes, When I bought mine I got it from ebay (from the proper falcon dealer) got it within the week
  9. Haven't eaten it yet mate it's Monday nights tea Can't wait though
  10. Good mate, still plinking and getting used to it, really liking it though but haven't been out much cos of my shoulder
  11. Good pics skot, I always forget to take them until I'm home
  12. yeah seen it, and they think we are the nutters
  13. Sorry guys I've had a change at work and I'm now down for exercise support over the comp tried to get out of it but there is no spare manpower which is why I have been pinged for it now. Sorry guys I will try and make the next one ... Gutted
  14. Depends on how seriously you are wanting to get into it, if your only planning to go every now and again then the hw will serve you well The electronic daystates are also very very good
  15. I have just bought a 3-12x50 sr pro Ret sidewinder for my .22 Very nice and clear I've gone for the lower mag so I can get further range out of my .22 with its steeper trajectory, with my old .177 I always used 4-16 scopes as the trajectory meant you could get away with it I'm sure either you go for will be fine
  16. No idea what the shot count is at the minute mate, they put out about 55 'sweet spot' shots In FAC according to the guns on the talon forum.. Not many sub 12 out there so I'll have to shoot it down and see I find the more I have hold of it the better it feels, loving it! Put the first few shots over the crony 11.6 high of 605fps low of 597fps .. Will do some more pellet testing incase it needs to be turned down slightly But first impressions I'm over the moon with it
  17. Yes she is not going to win any speed contest .. But I'm not going to be using it for that, it's for the odd hunting trip and shooting targets, if I was going out hunting I would use my .22lr or shotty, I could probably reload it as quick if not a fraction slower than any conventional rifle, the downside is needing to break position when doing it When I'm using my air rifle I'm doing so for that one shot, not to miss reload and shoot again.. The only reason I got multi is I can't be bothered messing round with individual pellets in a pouch Your right I don't plan on assaulting target
  18. But then you would have an ns50 with window tint and not a pulsar...
  19. Yes or you could buy a pulsar n550 that would also reduce it ...
  20. Ns50 are alright, I had one then sold it on If you can afford a dedicated unit like a pulsar I'd go for that The ns50 cables and camera mount are a pain in the arse and the glow from the screen will light you up like a Christmas tree
  21. 49 inch x 11 inch depth £21.99 http://www.uttings.co.uk/Product/540/102943/bsa-polytwill-gunbag/
  22. The buffalo river ones are tiny, you will struggle to fit a rifle and decent scope into it without a fight buddy ... Trust me I know Better off spending a cupple extra quid and save yourself the hassle
