  5. They are 'ok' but the co2 will get annoying having to buy refils and only getting an limited number of shots, they also get affected by cold weather Better off getting a springer so the only running costs are the pellets ( & Springers are far superior to co2 ) A springer will teach your lad much much more about shooting than any ratcatcher will

  10. All depends on what you like, Ive had alot of different makes I like to think of it as 'if i owned that gun what would i use' .. so I suggest a falcon menace 4-16x44 FFP scope but if thats not for you I would say a hawke sidewinder or panorma ev4 - great scopes and the balistics software will help you get the most out of your rilfe The MTC range are good but.... its pot luck if you get a good scope that dosn't white out and the ballistics software dosn't match up exactly

  17. Hello all I have been meaning to do this for a while now and I have finally gotten around to it... As many of you know my original air rifle is a Daystate Air Ranger in 177 It is a brilliant gun and I love to shoot - with some degree of success It really is a beautiful rifle and I still think the Air Ranger/Wolf stocks are the best looking factory ones you can get (you can have your own opinions that one is mine) so what did i do to this beautiful rifle? ..... ... covered it in camo dip which i was happy with for a while.... until the novelty wore off and the
