    A valid point Mole, a very reasonable and legal request. A simple and honest mistake such as inputting incorrect pellet weight could mean all the difference. On that note, one can only wonder how truly accurate the testing procedure is. For instance, do they even weigh each pellet? Something I do and would insist be done.

    On its most simple level mawders, i refused to create joinder to either the name or the allegation. This was done by being very careful with every word not to give him anything he could use against me. When threatened with arrest, i calmly accepted and this showed him i wasnt afraid nor would my resolve be shaken. I was careful to be polite, but this does not entail submission. The police are public SERVANTS. I am a master. Know not just your statutory rights, but remember your god given ones. You, like me, are a Freeman, until you allow that freedom to be taken.

    My wish is to protect people from abuses such as that suffered by myself, phantom and now Darryl. Those who would use that knowledge improperly will suffer the consequences be it karmic or at the hands of their fellows. Knowledge is power.

    Mawders, I like phantom, got stung by lawyers who profit regardless of outcome. From a twisted and corrupt system that has the cheek to use the word 'justice'. I resolved never to outsource something so important to anyone ever again. So I studied it, in depth. Know your enemy. I preach no 'tricks'. My experience as related in my thread "Hold onto yer guns" is proof im no fraud.

I think you also believe that the police are something they used to be and what you have been told they are not what they truly are, Policy enforcement and revenue collection for HRH. They are only supposed to keep the peace and bring true criminals to justice on behalf of a victim should they choose to outsource the task to them. I agree, things need to be investigated, but only when there is an injured party.
