I think reassessing the scripture would be impossible, but no doubt someone will. I don't think they stand up to scrutiny now. As far as faith goes I don't think it will change a thing. Discovering ET life would still neither prove, or disprove, the existence of a deity. maybe not but I still think it would have a profound effect on us and our outlook. For better or worse is the question...id like to think a nudge of our hight horse wouldn't do any harm .

I've been watching a show called ancient aliens on the history chanel and it suggests that we was visited by extraterrestrials along time ago and our gods today were in fact just aliens ..imagine if you lived BC and seen a space ship how would a ancient mind make sense of it?... I got a cheap one from China of eBay a couple of years ago it took a month to arrive and worked for a hour!...what little I did record was good quality I could definitely see one coming in handy to capture the unexpected....look at Russian dash cam videos on YouTube some very funny ones and some very awful ones.
