I've never tried contacts no ,do you use disposable ones? I'm a bit squeamish about touching my eyes

Thing is once your eyes adjust to them you can't see fk all without them...I wear mine permanently now

I have varifocals and I took straight to them but many do struggle with them..I got to the point where I couldn't buy a tape measure big enough so had to admit defeat lol

I've got a murder of jackdaws hit the bird table daily, I quite like the commotion when they come , a couple are quite friendly, one will sit just out of arms reach if I'm sat in the garden, I haven't noticed a increase I'm numbers though.

There was a podcast with usyk the other day, he was asked if he'd watched the fight back to which he replied, many times and I've been taking notes on things I need to do better and improve on for the rematch , I suppose that's why he's champion and Fury isn't, I think Fury has a real up hill climb now just to make the rematch, he said himself before the fight if he slips again with his weight and his fitness and mental health he'll never get back, so looking at the state of Fury in that video I'm not sure they'll be a rematch at all ....
