Cmon at least he was active and passionate about it, more than can be said for Corbyn. Love him or hate him he put himself front and centre. What's that got to do with Farage being massive hypcrite? Nothing probably but I just thought I'd give that anorak wearing f****r a kick, after all when it comes to the EU he's a hypocrite too mind. Not really, he stood by everything he said about the problems of the EU but when it came to the referendum he decided it made more sense to remain and try and reform from the inside. Did you ever actually watch any of the speeches he gave or did you just

They'll want to get a rough outline of a deal at least on the table ASAP to give the markets a bit of stability I reckon but of course nothing can really happen until Article 50 is invoked and Cameron has already said that won't happen until October...

beder dan takn bab marly wit a big reefer in ye aand ....are you in the grip of something strong Len? I think all the excitement over the referendum result has made the poor b*****d have a stroke
-
Poor Len can only talk in tabloid soundbites, it's a mental health condition and we should all try and be understanding.
-
We can discuss the effect it's having on the markets and sterling, we can discuss statements put out by the EU, the government and other heads of state and of course we can all discuss how we think things are going to pan out.
-
I'd say wondering about and discussing the direction the country will go in after such a momentus decision is pretty normal and understandable?

There isn't actually anything binding current member states to being signatory to the ECHR. We went over all this when Gove wanted to right a British Bill of Rights remember? Of course it will be different if we ever want to rejoin.... The thing that sort of does bind us to it is the Good Friday Agreement. In legislation, but politically? Really? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36149798 "But could the country, as Theresa May suggests, leave the ECHR and abolish the Human Rights Act, but stay in the EU? That's tricky. There's disagreement between l

What New Laws Would Hunting Life Members Bring In Now Weve Left.

You're very much mistaken pal, nothing has changed automatically because of Brexit regarding human rights. -
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36306681 It seems Farage agrees with the premise of the petition Or at least he did when he thought it'd be Leave losing narrowly

Why would there be, what's changed since the referendum that would make that easier or more likely to happen? thats why the people voted out,so they pull the drawbridge and then sort from the inside out. Well that was a bit silly of them because it's not going to happen certainly it will happen when the brits invoke rule 50,the european court of human rights no longer can be abused.I'm getting tired of saying this - the ECHR is completely separate to the EU and Brexit will not change our relationship with it. -

Whoever becomes PM will have been elected, they'll be an MP. We don't vote for the PM in this country, it's just the leader of the majority party.
-
Also don't forget farage has exponentially increased his influence with this victoryI thought this referendum was about taking influence and control away from unelected people?

Why would there be, what's changed since the referendum that would make that easier or moof likely to happen? Mainly just a shift in attitude and an overdue realisation that enough is enough i would say Is this result proof of some kind of shift in attitude towards immigration though? It's always been a big issue for certain sections of the electorate but this wasn't a referendum on immigration it was a referendum on the EU and 52% of the British public voted to leave for a variety of reasons. The heads of the leave campaign repeatedly stated that they were infact pro-immigration and we've -
Don't forget with Boris as PM we may well see amnesty for illegals that have been in the country a certain number of years.
-
Being able to open up immigration to the rest of the world without increasing net migration has been something the Leave campaign presented as a positive of Brexit from the start so I'd say that's pretty much a definite.
