It's one of the many debates in the dog game that will never be settled Good craic arguing it over a few drinks with likeminded folk though -

Secure kennels in the yard not an option? Leaving a dog unattended with a muzzle on doesn't sit right with me at all... Not bashing you at all by the way, you're trying to do right by the dog and on here looking for advice so fair play to you

Of course it's as pure as any dog breed out there because all breeds are a mixture of different dogs somewhere down the line. If there's no Terrier blood in there then why is there so many historical articles and writings stating otherwise? I don't buy the opinion that Terrier blood was added just to downsize the dogs for the pits, there must have been a benefit to their fighting ability when these crosses were made. You don't cross a Racehorse with a Donkey to make it faster. The EBT is nothing but a showdog but like I said, it's ancestor's were likely Pit dogs of the past, the same with the -

The latest polling data from Ipsos Mori shows a 1.5% swing to Labour over the last month. Not bad considering all the shite stirred up by the PLP.

You only have to look at the huge amounts of supporters he's brought into the Labour party and got engaged at a grassroots level to see his message resonates with at least some of the electorate. Does it resonate with enough folk to win a GE? Who knows but the only way to find out is for him to fight one.

Not really the position a social democrat party should be arguing though is it? Ideally we'd see a return to real socialist values in the Labour party and a Conservative party with values similar to what you've outlined instead of the race to the centre neoliberalism shite we've been stuck with. Why not?.....if it's the people's party why not trust the people ?......put the power back in the hands of people? What they have all been doing and done so far clearly isn't working is it ? Because they're supposed to be a democratic socialist party so should follow democratic socialist ideals?
-
Pointless arguing with an idiot just to prove there's two in the room. Believe what you want son I'll stay on the side of facts Beveridge himself sought union input and called the TUC "the godfathers of the Beveridge report" The TUC backed the implementation of the report and along with Liberals campaigned for it. A Labour government was elected on a platform of immediate and full implementation of the Beveridge report. Aneurin Bevan as Health Secretary modified the proposals in the report and established the NHS. What exactly do you disagree with about the above?

No I'm always left but never right ? lol Don't think many on here would disagree with that

No I'm always left

Yep OK sure pal rewirte history all you want, doesn't make it true It's was implemented by a Labour government and pushed for by the labour movement, that doesn't take anything away from the Liberals who were also involved. The proposals for a health service in the Beveridge report look nothing like what we call the NHS anyway, that's down to Bevan. I'm starting to wonder if you've ever read it TBH
-
Don't think you'd find many people that would deny Sir William Beveridge was a great man but you can't ignore the fact it was the labour movement that got the changes proposed by his report implemented or the fact that Aneurin Bevan was instrumental in the creation of the NHS as we know it.
-
And who implemented the changes proposed in Beveridge report and made the changes to the health proposals that established the NHS as we know it? Was it a Labour government backed by the labour movement? I think you'll find it was, son.
-
As far as Tories go I don't think she's that terrible TBH, better than some options certainly. At least she's indentified these problems, remains to be seen what she does about them of course.

6 kilo isn't so bad, should start seeing a difference relatively soon. Atb with her keep us updated on her progress

The right to vote, the NHS, child labour laws, workers rights, statutory sick pay, free schooling for all children, the minimum wage, the state pension, the 40 hour week etc etc All achieved when the workers mobilised and united with politicians. Things that are slowly being taken away be a succession of Tory and Red Tory governments. Corbyn represents the first real chance to change that in a long time and that's why the establishment are fighting to so hard to get rid of him. Liberals pushed the NHS not any feckin union.. Ah bollocks cannae be arsed We have the Labour Party ba

I think he did quite well at PMQs today, Cameron clearly wasn't giving a feck on his last day though

How does Labour's immigration policy under Corbyn differ to the Tories or indeed UKIP? Which bits do you disagree with, what makes you think that their policy would result in the country being flooded with foreigners at any greater rate than any other party's? That's EXACTLY the point. The working man and Labour have nothing in common anymore. face it, Labour are well out of touch with their traditional voters, Corbyn is just a joke and under his leadership labour will never be taken seriously. Having Corbyn as leader of the Labour party was the best thing to ever happen to Conservative a

The fact there's loopholes (which they've been trying to close already) doesn't change the anti-democratic spirit of the rushed through changes to the rules does it?
