  1. If the Tories think the people will just forget about them screwing us out of Brexit I think they're going to be very shocked. Just to shoehorn in Labour it's even more important now that Corbyn stays leader of the opposition, Owen Smith the main challenger to him has already pledged to hold another referendum I can't see him opposing May screwing us if she tries...
  2. Literally no mainstream party supports mass unchecked, uncontrolled immigration so thats good isn't it You for real?. Obviously your idea of checking and controlling differ greatly from mine. "mass unchecked uncontrolled immigration" is a great soundbite but soundbites should be left in tabloids where they belong I'm sure our ideas on levels of acceptable immigration do differ but the fact that there's any checks or controls at all makes that little soundbite inaccurate.
  3. May is kicking triggering Article 50 into the long grass http://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-britain-eu-scotland-may-idUKKCN0ZV1HU Setting it up so she can blame the constant delays on the SNP. Hopefully I'm proved wrong but that's what it looks like she's maneuvering towards

  5. Why are you under the impression you have to agree with every single thing the party does to support them? Obviously if support for gays is a red line for you then don't vote for the party but I'd say it'd be a bit silly if everything else the party advocates would benefit you in your day to day life, wouldn't you?Personally I'd prefer a more socially conservative economically leftist party (seems to be what you're getting at) but if the left split like that they'd never see power again no matter the mood of the public. With a different electoral system we could have smaller leftist parties wi
  6. Honestly pal if a dog isn't going to fit in with your life it's best to be honest with yourself straight away rather than spend months getting more stressed and possibly taking it out on the dog. Don't beat yourself up about it, it just wasn't meant to be. Will you be looking at getting a pup to bring on and work? You've obviously got the enthusiasm for it

  8. I have NEVER accused ANYONE of being a "pedo". I said someone was a wrongun for watching a video of a young boy being brutally gang raped and sodomised, if you don't agree with that then you're a wrongun too. Now away and play in traffic before you childish comments get another decent thread pulled.

  10. It's a realy shame how some folk can't have a civil discussion and have to jump in while others are discussing things like adults with a couple of lines and personal insults. What warped ideals exactly have I and "morons like me" pushed on the Labour party

  12. The Labour party was founded on principles of international solidarity and equal rights, this isn't some new direction the party has taken. Again it's one of those things if you don't support the party isn't for you You swerved that one a bit there mate, so let me be a bit more direct........do you think the "right on" love every odd mark Labour that has been in existence since the 80s has anything in common with lads working in the coal fields of Durham and the Rhonda?........do you think those lads are going down in pit lift and thinking "you know what, Diane Abbott speaks for me and by the
  13. Good to get input from someone that actually knows something about the candidates Can see what you mean about Nuttall, I suppose it comes down to who they're trying to target. I have seen Woolfe on QT etc a couple of times and he does seem a good public speaker.
  14. Labour under Corbyn matched the record high's in the local elections under Miliband Didn't they lose votes in Wales and Scotland though. They lost a couple of councillors in marginal areas where they were never likely to hold onto them but didn't lose control of any councils and matched Miliands share of the vote nationally I believe. Didn't they just keep hold of safe seats? They maintained control of every council they had before the election including in some pretty marginal areas They also doubled their majority in the by-election in the marginal Tooting.

Lucky is not the word I would use mate... Aye there's something to be said for the simpler times pal
  17. You don't get to act all civil and expect me to have a discussion with you after the disgusting way you carried on the other day. I'll happily discuss anything to do with politics with the decent men on here, not the lowlifes

I tell you what kids are lucky these days with all the gadgets and games they've got. We were lucky to have a stick vaguely shaped like a gun to play with growing up
  19. But when have the other countries In the EU played by the rules if it didn't suit them ...? .. So you think the rest of the EU will just ignore the rules when it comes to setting up trade deals with us? Ok then, admire your optimism No not ignore , just bend them slightly ...I certainly can't see the Germans causing major problems for there motor / engineering industries just to play hardball ..I think their will be lots of behind the scenes talks regardless of what Junkers had said ... EU members aren't allowed to do deals themselves but they will surely be having unofficial bilateral

  21. That was done on purpose, they're all rebels that want to take the party in a different direction to Farage's cronies Aaron Banks has talked about standing but I really think that sweaty little pig would be the death of UKIP. Can't see him having the broad appeal of someone like Nuttall. Best for him to stay behind the scenes IMO All these rules being brought in with Labour and now UKIP has fried my head lol. It'll be nice to see somebody step out of Farages shadow and push the party on, with the way politics are at the moment there's a good chance to step in and gain some momentum. I'd l

  24. I've been saying Nuttall could lead UKIP to great victories for years He's got that working class appeal that could do seriously well in old Labour strongholds with the right messaging
