    Tbh Billy was meant to be from a dog pound, he obviously was made of the right stuff though whatever his breeding was. Europe specifically France is one of the biggest arms dealers in the world. So it's ok for our countries to sell weapons to our enemies in the East yet we ban our right to defend ourselves?
