doesnt matter whats in the mix when a good dog is on open stud and not selected bitches his name is quickly ruined when there offspring whether it be bad handling or a sub standard bitch turn out shite its always the sires fault i know some go for the coin which is there choice but if i had a dog or bitch which was worth breeding from which has only happened once i would forget the wedge and try and produce something has good if not better

sorry it didnt wok out for you matey but has you know thats dogs going to have a look myself at a pup this summer ive got a couple of studs i like so if they go over a bitch that does what i require i will hopefully have a youngster this year or if a litter catches my eye then i might chance my arm with them

what about going self employed matey theres gov schemes that will help you with setting up and some will pay you so much for 6 months its hard a first but with the warmer weather on its way now will be a good time to start but good luck in whatever you do

i can only go on what i seen matey but he did tick the boxes on all edible good natural retriever both land and water run clever was good to say good feet and coat and pleasant round dogs and folk why its a cross not used more often i dont know but its certainly a cross from what ive seen worth trying

the one i seen regular took all edible and did it well took foxes but liked things his own way in that dept there was one liverpool way that took alot of foxes bosun could tell you more i saw abit of another one but was sold but that also was showing promise its a cross that seems hardy and a cross im surprised is not done more often has long has the right mix is used

davey i dont mean to be offensive matey but by the the sound of things you dont like lucas owner but you must give credit he has put the dog on both sides of the drink thats cost him in hours and wedge and on film also lucas is a good dog by most standards but sometimes you have to look beyond the owner how ever much you dislike him to see he does own a good dog

always found the louder the owners boosts the more it was used to mask a flaw i was always suited has long has i got 100 per cent and i always tried to work to there strengths but i think has you get older you become more content with the dogs and getting out and less likely to seek that holy grail both in dogs and quarry just enjoy yourselfs in whatever you do

there will be plenty of pups about soon enough matey its just weeding your way through the shite to find what your need or want i think northern light has a litter planned that would suit you and they do get out doing a bit maybe worth a try
