    No I don't like poachers.The ones who just take the odd rabbit or pheasant for the pot are not so bad,but the other sort who take everything they can are a menace.I was a gamekeeper for several years and had quite a few confrontations with these sort,they have threatened me and also my wife and family,some of the things they have said are unreapeatable.One of my sons is still a keeper and he has also had trouble with the organised gangs of poachers. Do you read the daily mail / Cuntrymans weekly by any chance ?

    my 5 yr old pat was at my brothers for a couple of weeks, he's got a 7 month old collie that kept eating my Pat's shite. my brother's kept his pup up to date with all worming and Jab's and feed is puppy complete and coocked veg / chicken mix. he's changing the diet a bit to try and see if that helps with the pups general hunger levels. the pups in fine fettle and filling out nicely, good teeth, shiney coat and plenty of energy, just loves eating shite.... be intrested to find out what others have to say on the subject.

    That's what I'm after at the moment. But it'll be a steal if I get the one I'm after! Just wondering what others rate if it falls through? if its the make you want and your set on it, i'd wait untill the right deal comes along, regardless of how this deal pans out. you'll only regret it if you go for somthing else...

    i'm not an shotgun owner myself, but i've shot beretta silver pigeon 20 and 12 bore and really like them. quite a few mates have invested and rate them highly. there is an arguement for buying a gun that "fits" you specifically though, what gun works for me might not for you. best thing to do is get to a clay ground that has a shop and try a few out.

    depends on how into the girl you are really, and if she's likely to be on the scene for a while (as much as you can try and predict these things that is), is she pissed and making noises about you shifting the dog on?, or is she the sort thats willing to work on it with ya ? failing that, like Tiny says, its young enough to get used to a kennel still.....

    i'd say somthing, should at least get a 10 quid gift voucher and a generic letter of apology.... make sure you lay it on thick in the letter though, big family meal, no alternative in the cupboard, had to go without, allways paid extra for HR brand name , thought it guaranteed quality in comparison with cheaper brands.....blah blah blah

    Harry Ramsden's are now owned by Ranjit boparan, 1 of the biggest independant food manufacturing groups in the country now. he started off in the chicken (two sisters foog group) , got in with tesco and the rest is history..... he's never been known for his quality standards, or employment relations....

    i thought he was funny, used to love the way he used his column in the times to slate any one that had given him bad service (in his eyes), from restraunts to the company that fitted his house alarm....more than once he had them over that way. he could be proper arrogant but at least he had a character, unlike a lot todays's "shlebs".
