    Love seeing rifles that someones restored properly, you can really see the time and effort thats gone in to them and a well done pice of woodwork makes the thing damm well stand out from the crowd too. Keep us up to date and informed on any additional restoration projects, they make great reading.

    Gun-Star and Face to Face Sales or Buys these days for me, to many f***ing idiots out there to do it any other way and a gun shop owner is like a f***ing car salesmen most of the time as well. Although some of the good ones although rare go out of their way when it comes to customer service.

    If thats a comment about Nutshots , then im afraid your verymuch mistaken. Nutty makes them for friends and at cost price to him . Its the second hand value that sees them go through the roof , and only because their so good . Ive seen them go at £350 on e bay when hes probably made the very same one for £. So as i say , hes not the one that demands a high price BUT you get what you pay for....     Feel lucky you've got any rabbets left to shoot, this rainfall and fields being flooded is wiping out colony's near me, I'll be hitting the pigeons hard this year along with the rats but properly won't be touching most of my rabbet permissions unless the numbers start exploding again.

    I think the major problem with Space Exploration is that it's not exactly open to the average joe blogs, looking back most of the important Sci-Fi writers of the 19th & 20th century's expected us to be up there with the moon colonised and exploring the inner and outer solar system by now. To my mind the old shuttle program with all its low earth orbit missions was half the reason the space program is in such a state now. That and to much risk aversion, FFS it's exploration it's not meant to be safe !

    Silencers are like pellets every one has a favourite and different rifles suit different types, however how much money is spent on silencers simply just to keep up with the jones or due to the magpie effect of its shiny and new so I must have one. Far to much I'd reckon......... Anyway my money's on the HW Moderator.
