    All depends on what they have been feeding on . Mine feed on hazel, beech and chestnuts . Taste between lamb and duck . I normally roast whole with salt , pepper and olive oil , or cut the back legs of , simmer for 15-20 minutes then finish of in oven One of the best wild meat

    When I applied for my license , I put down for .22 FAC air . .25 FAC air , .22 lr and 17 HMR . All opened right from the beginning all had fox written on it too

    Fit another good IR then it’s another level . That is the beauty of the original pard , one complete very good NV unit with no extras needed

    No Phil , some are saying they are great for the money and others are saying completely shit , all depends on what they are comparing them on . Didn’t hold up much chance on them at that price . Newer pards are shit with the inbuilt IR, but good with a decent after market IR

    Yes they still suffer from the famous 99 problem . You might be lucky to have one which doesn’t still worth buying one though , great light weight gun and very accurate as well in .177 or .22 plus a easy fix if it starts gauling

    I was granted 17 HMR , .22lr , .22 FAC air & .25 FAC air on first application for fox and open license on all four

    I use 17 HMR more than .22 lr , in fact hardly use .22 lr as I have two FAC air rifle, .22 &.25 which will do more than .22lr

    They fit on the scope fine if you have the right size adapter or shims . If it’s not a tight fit then use a bit of bike in tube
