    Dogs are looking well mate, atb for the season

    She'll not be over matched here Ray, easier to ruin her than start her correctly in my eyes, but she's confident and game, once she knows what her nose is for hopefully she'll tick the boxes

    I fish the Nith an the Annan regularly for salmon and sea trout but for some reason I've not heard much about the Esk

    Took the pup out today for the first time with the ferrets. No nets just bolted a few for her. Finished on 5. By the end of the morning the penny was beginning to drop. 8mth old so slow and steady should be fine

    Anybody on here fish the River Esk that runs into the Solway, for salmon and does it get a decent run of fish.

    Yes I always had bother with the carpal pad that a bitch I had tore it. Once it healed it the problem just reoccurred. Finished up having it removed.

    She's a wee whippet greyhound only standing at 22tts at the moment, do t expect much more in height, retrieves like a spaniel so far lol you still got that auld Russel
