    I usually clean mine when I can't see through it! only joking fellas,I will clean when it starts to drift,and then it is a thorough clean,and I had a fall the other night(yes another....lol)and I had an invite yesterday so checked zero,to be sure,and after what must be 150 shots this is 5 shots at 100yds...... I have never cleaned my rimfire in 20 yrs,and it shoots great. Martin

    Here is my girl...... Martin p.s. I like the cream/white Whippet,but,I do prefer a whippet with a bit more meat on it....Ula is 21 1/2" tts and 35lb with stamina to burn

    Foxdropper on here uses a tikka t3 lite which shoots winny 100gr to some effect,so you should pm him mate,although as I ytpe this I just realised you use a Varmint....still worth a try. Martin p.s. every rifle shoots different ammo to differing effect.

    Hi Archie,yes the hand as all but healed up,still some nerve damage but that might be permanent.Just glad to get a rifle in my hands and not just lamping for Foxdropper.....lol. Whereabouts in the West country are you mate.....roughly? Martin p.s. still can't load that fecking video!!!!

    I popped up the valley this evening as there was a decent Buck around the other evening when I took Foxdropper up there,and I thought I might be able to get onto him with a bit of luck.It was a very hot day today,and as it cooled down a bit I thought he might be amongst the scrubby ground at the bottom of the valley,I walked up slowly using the brambles to keep me shielded,and guess what.....there he was.A total of 3 minutes stalking and I already had a bead on him,but,I decided to watch him for a while before taking the shot,he was casually browsing his way up a small banking approximately 65

    Shooting takes out whichever you aim at,so a shooter that is looking after his ground will not take out the strong/healthy ones mate......sorry but we aren't all the same,and before you go on about us and them,I laso run a dog as well as shoot. Martin
