    +1 for Sandymere,if you are resorting to extra vits etc then you aint feeding your dog right...full stop. As far as electrolytes are concerned then there are times when they are invaluable,but that is not something that is needed as an ongoing part of any dogs diet,they are for rehydrating a dog,not a supplement.Plus,I'm sure no-one runs their dogs anywhere as hard as you do.     The pup will be fine mate,it won't have any effect on him,but,obviously that doesn't mean it will be a world beater,a lot of that is now down to you giving the pup time to grow up and enjoy being what it is a baby,and then entering it properly and at the right time.Good luck with him. Martin

    Plus 1 for SACS,they are way better than BASC,if you have ever tried to get BASC into court for you or even talk to a police force on your behalf then you will know what I mean.SACS on the other hand will jump at the chance to have a go at a police force! Leass than half the price of BASC as well and the same insurance. Martin

    Whippets are a lot tougher than people think bud,here's mine after a munty slashed her with it's tusk(I wasn't hunting it we were out for a walk).... And now.... What you do need to make sure is that you massage plenty of 'silgel' into the scar tissue so it makes it supple and allows it to move and stretch,ask the vet for it.Good luck. Martin
