    The mod on that rifle Deker(Ken) is a Sak as is the one on my rimmy,and I still say Sako didn't make mods,and as for head shooting rabbits with your .308,they must of been pretty damn close eh? lol

    So...an A bolt, a Simmons 3.5-10x50 WTC, is that a Sako Mod and a Deben Max, and just 4 bunnies, well everything else seems ok so perhaps cleaning the rifle will improve the bag!! :laugh: :laugh: :thumbs: ATB! It is a 'Sak' mod,Sako don't make mods.They were the only pics I could find as I don't normally take pics of bunnies.Plus those in glass houses and all that 'Ken'.....lol

    Unfortunately it isn't quite as straight forward as that Ben,first of all you are supposed to be able to prove that you have tried every other method to sort out the birds,and that includes Pigeons etc. M

    I've never done a pig head to be honest,but in all skulls there is some cartledge that is better to be left if possible,I would put it on a rolling boil for maybe 40+mins,and keep checking it(adjust as necessary).I am guessing that 90% of the meat has already been removed mind as this will aid the cleaning.Once it is cooked(so to speak)then you should blast it off with a pressure washer until it is perfectly clean,and then paint peroxide all over it and leave it overnight,and hey presto one clean and non-smelly skull. Good luck and I want to see the end result..........Martin

    I've been using an 'A' bolt for over 20 yrs and it is a great gun,never let me down and hasn't had the barrel cleaned since I bought it......
