  11. 'MN' I have found that the most prolific time to see Muntjac on the market gardens(well ijn the fields above)is definitley between 1200-1400hrs.And if you check my old posts I have put a hell of a lot of pics from my garden/wildlife area....Roe Munties Foxes etc. I also get more out of shooting a Muntjac Buck than any Roe. M
  12. Before you judge any man walk a mile in his shoes..............and then at least you are a mile away and you have his shoes!
  13. The only time deer can be shot is if you apply for a licence to do so,and they don't give them out willy nilly either,it is mainly for crop protection.I too get them in the garden regularly............ A good Buck behind my brambles......... M
  14. That's right Tommy,as the light fades on that land they then start to move into the open more, and it will always be easier to shoot Munties in ambush rather than stalking into them.Mind you there is a very heavy acorn crop this year and you will find them scoffing them up under the big old oaks getting some weight on for the winter.
  15. I have seen a lot and shot a good amount too, but, they do like to stay near cover and prefer dapping from one bush to another, and here is a place that is crawling with them all year round, and at night they will give you a headache with all the barking......ask Foxdropper Martin
  16. :clapper: nice to see the bully get some payback Martin . I hate Bullies Jasper, and have had to deal with a hell of a lot of them in my old job. Martin
