    i used to use the bank bag when i was younger i also used to have a ferret that used to sit in my pocket so i just used to put it in my pocket nets in my other pocket and off i went if anyone seen me they'd just think i was out for a walk atb

    i dont think there is a best way to lay purse nets as long as the net purses properly when a rabbit bolts thats all that matters everyone sets them differently and uses the way they've been taught to lay them i personally use the method where you stretch the net out over the hole like you mentioned in method 1. atb

    i asked a hunting solicitor a while back if it was against the law to ferret a active badger set and he said that it was nt against the law to ferret one but you would be breaking the law if you started to dig the ferret out as you would be disturbing a badger earth. atb

    yeh it was a good day pal i enjoyed getting out for the day your right about them nets pal i think you would be able to see them off the top of the fell that was near by :laugh: them rabbits were some of the biggest iv caught this season so far. atb pal
