im trying to get my kids intrested in hunting so that there out doing something rather than sitting in on there computers all the time or hanging round the streets im really proud of my daughter for showing an intrest in making the nets its something she asked to do ill have her making all mine before long :laugh: atb pal

thanks pal its because she's got a good teacher :laugh: she loves to make things when ever shes with me in the garage shes always asking for a hammer and nails and some wood to make boxes and stuff and shes always making stuff with her craft stuff. i was really suprised and impressed on how quick she picked it up i wish id picked it up as quick. atb pal

yes pal im really really proud of her. you should have ago you'll get a few tangles to start with but just take your time and you'll get there in the end. ill put more pics up as she progresses with the net. atb pal

i was wanting to have a look out with the dogs and ferrets yesterday morning but because of the bad weather (rain + wind) i desided to give it a miss by 6pm the wind and rain was still here so i desided to give my mate a ring to see if he fancied a look out on the lamp but he couldnt go so i desided to have a look out local by myself i set off about 11.30pm to a small bit of permission near where i live its only a few fields but it holds quite a few rabbits i got into the first field and switched the lamp on there were 3 in this field i managed to get a run on 2 of them but they both got into

iv been making purse nets now for just over 12 months and over the last few weeks my daughter has been asking me to let her have a go at making them because shes only 8 years old i was a bit undesided at first but then i gave in and let her have ago we started off with garden twine but it kept snapping so i desided to give her ago with some hemp i tied the hemp to the ring and done the first 2 meshes so she could see how it was done then i let her have a go we were only doing it 10 meshes wide as it was her first go she made a couple of mistakes to start with but soon got the hang of it so i l
