    Used to see reds down here when I was a kid nothing here now but bloody greys which I'm doing my best to eradicate must have shot thousands over the years still thousands more to go though

    If the pellets have started oxidising then you will get flyers all over the place. You can try a few drops of lube in the tin might help or best bet bin them and by some fresh ones Atb Kev

    By there own admission the dogs were in the field with the livestock owner other side of the hedge in a different field plus they knew the cows where in the area.     First try swapping the scope mounts front to back if that doesn't work your gonna have to shim between scope and mount most people use film negatives or insulation tape Hope this helps One other thing get it chrono'd stealths can sound down on power best to check and stay right side of the law Atb Kev

    Evening bud What makes you think the stealth is down on power only way to really be sure is to run it over a chrono. They are a bit hit and miss on power depending on a few things ie dirt in the frame rail where the hammer runs seals on the cocking bolt blown damaged bottle valve or over filled. The guns are easy to strip and clean but have to be done regularly I know I have two. What area are you in

    No reds down this way. There was something on the news just the other day about a captive pair of reds that have bred something like 30 kitts they've been releasing them back to the wild can't remember where it was though. Would love to see reds again until then I'll keep blasting the greys

    Did you note which joint when wd40 was sprayed in stopped the squeak. Which ever one it was will be worn and will need replacing should have said that on my first post Atb Kev

    As Si has said stealths are great rifles I have two but unless your into regularly stripping cleaning and adjusting air rifles the stealth ain't for you. The aa s410 is your best option shoot it leave it and will still be spot on. Hope this helps Kev

    Chances are it's going to be a dry joint on either balljoints track rod end or the antiroll bar links. Try just bouncing the truck from the bumper each side. Easiest way to find which parts failing puncture the joint gaitors with small thin screwdriver then squirt wd40 in through the hole using the straw. Do one at a time then bounce till squeak stops Atb Kev

    I can vouch for the condition of this one lads it's a cracking rifle and a bargain at that price. You really wouldn't need to do anything else to it. All it's ever needed was someone that could climb fences (sorry Phil just can't help meself) If I could get on with .177 pellets I'd have this in my collection. Atb Kev

    Just to add to this Si Phil is currently converting one of my stealths to .25 calibre for me to use on the squirrels as I will be at optimal range of 20 mtrs. You've just confirmed this will be the perfect tool for the job Atb Kev
