The police tried to make out the rspca have powers stating that an inspector has the power from the local council till the barrister put them right the rspca have NO POWERS WHAT SO EVER The powers are for local council inspectors not rspca so if they ever turn up at any ones door tell them to go away if they don't go use force to evict the scum

Well the first day in court didn't go 100% as planed , the police tried to blame the rspca for taking the dogs and told the court they didn't take or have them ,they argued it out and it was found the rspca have no legal powers what so ever , they found it was all down to the police . but they decided to adjure the findings till a later day , now we no who to start legal action against for the death , neglect and cruelty over my sons dogs , will keep every one informed

we are taking them to court since we brought charges against them they have charged me with utter crap clive was lafing You have just stated that they have indeed charged you since you brought charges against them. You have maintained all along that you have not been charged with anything. Make your mind up. I'll come back on here when it's all been through court....Both cases and I hope to high heaven that the money everyone has donated has indeed gone towards the case against the rspca and not towards the defence in the case the RSPCA have against the OP. Can't and won't argue with that as I can't say anymore and like you, I hope he does get justice for the dog. I've been polite and answered everything as well as I can. it was all over and done with 2 weeks after they came i got a fine and paid it they did not come for weed they made claims i was badger baiting I have never been questioned regarding anything to do with it or not been charged with anything to do with badger bating , Id love to post all the evidence but clives advised against it

Can't post without revealing the OP's full name which is something I have been advised against doing, so I won't. Evidence will be forthcoming when it does go to press or possibly sooner for those that have donated. The OP has said all long that he was not given or shown a warrant, that he had a piece of paper waved at him when 9 police officers and the RSPCA seized 9 dogs and he could get no information from them. In actual fact, on the 14th March 2014, during an unrelated visit to his home, police officers found that he was growing his own cannabis, the OP cooperated fully and even o

Clare Nicholson face book says Apparently these people are involved in badger /dog fighting and it's a smear campaign!! i wish it was then all the dogs would still be alive and well And for the record myself or any other member of this house has at no point ever been questioned regarding anything to do with dogfighting or badger bating digging these are allegations made up by the rspca to try and cover up what they have done !!

My advice is do not answer any questions they ask only answer questions put to you by a police officer and not in the presence of any one else but a police officer If the rspca are on your property treat them like you would some one breaking in to your house or stealing your things as they have no right to be there !!

We finally have a date in October. i cant understand why there dragging it out like this. the rspca are a charity bud you do not have to talk to them they have no legal powers they can not caution you !! do not let them on your property answer none of there questions they like to twist things if the police come answer there questions not in front of the rspca. the rspca cannot come on to your property with out a warrant stating the rspca even with the police present. you have committed no offence ( unless the dog was deliberately set up on the cat ) remember you dog has been attacked by the cat so make a complaint to the police if they turn up Remember the rspca are extremely ant

dont think its down to the judge who organises dates but if i don't hear by next week ill ask to try a different approach think they have to offer them a few dates so they can organise stuff but this is taking for ever
