All the paper work was served over 3 weeks ago just awaiting a court date they seem to be delaying it but they cant do it forever the barrister is questioning why its taking so long

im here bud i see the rspca have offered to let them use there phone lines ( there premium rate and the profit goes to the rspca not the dogs home ! i bet they get in a why dont you donate to the rspca while your at it as well when you call to make a donation to the Manchester dogs home ) they seem to have there finger in so many pies trying to rake in the cash

if it was you or me raw they would prosecute us i head they did some one under similar circumstances they sized the dog and didn't take it to a vet them selves for over 24 hours but prosecuted him for not taking his dog the same day he got back from a dig

in the options you can return it just contact seller saying its not what you are after just explain if he sends it out you will just return it he will issue a refund takes about 2 weeks to show up in your bank ect

some dogs have it in them ive had pups from 5-6 month old killing rats they ether want them or not bud might work if you leave him off rats for a month or two just give him things that wont bite back -
you have to work on a farm to get them at that price walshie bud or be a retied farm worker so i believe

I do not want there money the people responsible i want to bring to justice as many of them as i possibly can . I am just trying to show the people what they really are like i have spoken to a well known barrister not Sarah lee and hes having a meeting or two with a few mps to bring some things to light he to was persecuted for defending people against the rspca so he holds no love for them every little helps !!

I am in the process of taking them to court its just taking to long to get any where i really hope you do them as much damage as they have done for you an ye dog mate. they held mine an my friends for 12 months, because we were accused of hare coursing.... bare in mind my bitch was 5 months old. just on a walk. i could not imagine the horror getting a dog back like that, id end up torching their building with them all in it. a lot have things have crossed my mind if i had known what i no now things would have been different just a quick up date all paper work has been served Th

well its all going to plan ( slowly they take there time replying ) we can prove that it was an illegal search and seizure and that one dog was killed in less than 24 hours in there care of the rspca as well as the other dogs being neglected ( rspca confirmed it on tape saying the points i made were being addressed ) Half starving a dog is not a point its a crime ! i intend to do what ever i can to show every one what they are like i have lots of video evidence from the search from inside as well as out side the house also all the calls were recorded So i can show that the ipcc who could find

Just got conformation from the solicitor ect the warrant seems to have legality issues the dogs seized seems to be illegal have to wait 14 days for a response from the chief constable then its court and the press !!!
