    I thought I was correct. It's obvious that both dogs are good at what they do..but it boils down to a dog for a purpose again. An I'd still prefer abit of deerhound in a dog rather than abit of saluki. But each to their own.

    Well iv had a daystate huntsman , and the shroud is thinner than the buddy bottle daystates, my mates have got the rangers n wolf's. Even when u buy a hugget u have to specify which u have, an also the reflex silencers are specific. There is a difference

    Only thing with doing that, is that the mk4/huntsman shroud is a lot smaller dia. So in affect it should be quieter again with a larger volume shroud.

    sometimes if you leave the air run low in the gun theres no pressure for the seals to seal..how much BAR was left in the gun when stored away?

    i got a deben tri star for the gun, quite expensive compared to these cheap cree torches, but mines also led, and when ever out with dog locally i take it , and its 1200 lumen, it goes on forever the beam, with simple on off switch, and a dimmer on the back, chuck a make shift red filter limits ur view to around -yrds, perfect for the pea shooter. light weight, recomended usage time is 8 hrs i think, but i very very rarely charge it, outlasts 8hrs easy. battery is on a cable and size of two AA batts in a plastic case...might make a make shift handle to make it easier to handle and not bother b

    i would prefer to have deerhound blood in a lurcher rather than saluki, but thats my opinion so know smart arses question why lol most deerhounds i see are far too big to take in the field really speaking. the proper bred stuff that romany will hopefully elaborate here,used to be up againt salukis in coursing comps, on the moors and the fens if im not mistaken? i could be wrong, so if one was much better at coursing than the other it would be a pretty pointless coursing comp wouldnt you think?     i have a dh/gh x collie gh, sometimes shes a stubborn f**k, but 99% of the time shes great. if i give her a command just for the sake of it, like over, jump, she will look at me as if to say , whats the point. then retrieving the ball, after 3-4 time of bringing it straight back , u can see shes getting fed up of it, because its pointless in her eyes, im throwing something that shes retrieved 3-4 times so i obviously dont want it, thats my outlook on it anyway..lol

    If the lamp works for u, stick with it otherwise in my eyes its unnecessary spending. It's when their used to lamp, an diffrent filters etc is when u need to start looking into it..and or if your a serious pest controller. I use lamp an it works sometimes, a lot of bunnies are very jumpy round my end an if you do take a shot its always a risk of injuring them ..

    The mildot scopes u talk of usually work on x10mag , so its exactly the same ..I think.. just set it to what ever mag an learn holdover etc. It's just the aimpoints will be true at 6 mag on Sr6

    The Sr6 is for x6 , an Sr12 are 12mag I think. Why do u think it has a disadvantage over x6 mag? If your on about the mildots not being true at x6 , the Sr6 is designed to work on x6 ..but I could be wrong. On BAR there's explanations of all the Hawke rets

    Try a domed pellet they tend to give best accuracy. Aa field 4.51,4.52 head sizes, jsb 4.51,4.52,4.53. Then there's superfield ,superdomes in diffrent headsizes. Crosman prems. H&n , they are the top pellets to try. Google pellet perfect, or perfect pellet..they do sample packs. Atb

    Diana's are built really well too. I had the 280 carbine, only thing I didn like was the plastic trigger blade, but felt nice enough. An for 240 quid new compared to bsa ,webley etc there was.no comparison in build quality an the action etc. That too is German built.
