    Fooking hell, the s410 has gone up in price since last time I looked lol scrap that idea get s200 an spend 50 quid on ten shot adaptor (if it matters) that will be about 400 quid. What will probably happen is you will buy something then upgrade later down the line, so just keep putting money away as and when. When looking for reviews never go on mags an published reviews, although some are good reviews..it seems that every product fits the bill, which just isn't the case. Ask or find people with the guns you like an try them or whatever.

    If your pitting cash away at a dealer I personally would opt for a nice s410 , I shot one yesterday for first time in ages, and I forgot how good they are. You don't need to spend mega bucks on a scope to start off with either. The Hawke range are good, sport hd for about 50-60 quid, and then source a pump elsewhere, although pumps are handy, New their about 100-140 secondhand their about 50+.. but I picked up a s/h 7litre tank 300 bar with whip gauge etc for 100 quid , with 1.5yr test. So keep your eyes peeled lol

    When I brought up insurance with one farmer, he looked as though he was thinking " oh god, what do you need insurance for" so try to an slip it in carefully if that makessense. Don't say I have insurance just incase I shoot cattle, cos it don't sound confident lol good luck, an do as tony said, get a referance saying your a good lad and u help around if your needed etc

    I'm in two minds whether to have my shroud ,scope and bottle done myself, but I had tape before an it pissed me off with it peeling away in an out of case lol so this time I was thinking about getting it dipped. There's a local place to me in Merthyr but iv heard some horror stories lol I bet if he knew I was local though he wouldn't bodge it because I'd make a bodge job of him. It does look good though mate ,nice one

    Found it far easier if I made a conversation first rather than point blank "can I have..?" Lol some don't allow you to but most do, all the farmers I spoke to looked like they were bursting at the seams for a chinwag, just made the most of it lol

    One flys faster and straight, one got more pronounced trajectory. Sensible answer for u lol .177 easier to judge holdover, so if u do lamping aswell as day time an only have a chance of one gun I'd opt for a .177, imo, atb

    Yes mate, the saying bitten off more than I can chew springs to mind. But makes a difference from shit permission to good stuff. Il probably get out a lot more now,knowing there's plenty to hit. Camping weekends will be had I know, not shy of abit of cold weather. Misses will be in her oils with me out a lot more = clean house haha

    Nice one mate. The golf course I knocked the women was quite a frosty knickers, but I rang an explained I wanted to talk to a committee member, what a guy, a1 fairplay. Arranged to meet up on this Saturday coming. I'm over the moon because iv asked about four orfive courses to no avail. An this one is the biggest iv seen by far, and iv landed it. Aww its just a relief init haha

    Nope stealthy. I could of got straight onto the shooting while I was there, they seemed eager enough. When I go up this following weekend il have to.take a few pics , just for you lol full of crows an Maggie's , they all said their a lot of squirrels about too, but not many rabbits as myxie wiped them out not long ago, but they said its happend before an in no time their back.looking forward to bash some magpies an crow's, their everywhere lol
