    Thanks for the thread guys, it's been very entertaining for me! I think this debate has been flogged to death and I don't want to continue it. However, regardless of what you think about the original poster's actions, they would not have occurred had the perpetrator not made the conscious decision to commit his crime in the first place...

    Where I live I seldom find anyone who isn't an anti, the most frustrating thing is that they can't ever substantiate their aversion to the practice of hunting and shooting. And are rarely even vegetarian or vegan!

    That's a good point, although you must remember that most of these antis who claim to be "at one with nature" typically know nothing of its intricacies. How many times have you had people who you know eat cheap chicken, lamb and pork condemn hunting as "sick" or "cruel"?

    That is infuriating! I expect that the bástard scared the poor woman into thinking that you were breaking the law. I would suggest calmly going round, box of chocolates in hand, and explain the situation to her - print out the law surrounding this issue if necessary. What ever you do don't surrender, it disgusts me that the antis would utilise such lowly tactics such as deceit. What a scum bag!

    That act was so utterly disgraceful, I couldn't believe it. I'd have deported all of the perpetrators the very same day. I do think it's important to acknowledge that they only represent a minority of the Muslim faith, although it is a rapidly growing minority and provisions like our government are making to allow completely independent faith schools will greatly compound this problem. I also never thought that sharia law would reach our shores - that needs to be nipped in the bud immediately. Disgraceful!

    I have not heard of this unit - where are/were they based Paul? OTC he's a tom pepper otc. I dont know any UK marines who'd refer to themselves as a battalion or a comp !!! Cant be doing with bullshitters. Why would someone BS about something like that? And on an online forum? These people are technically known as 'Walts', as in Walter Mitty.
