  1. gradually Paulus, we all are becomming enlightened despite the mainstream medias thrall to the eco fascists. http://alfin2100.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/if-great-green-global-agenda-is-to.html
  2. And here is Fly with two hares she killed and the black and white....I think her name was Patsy....before I sold her to Templeking The brother to these two was a dog called Duke that Stevie got off J.F. after an injury and he was bred to a bitch P.H. got off P.K. and produced my old Red dog you may have seen on one of the Forely tapes that killed his first and lost his second in cover in the late nineties. He killed 3 out of 3 to go best dog of the day at Rippengale the next day where P.N. was running both Beauty and Beast. You may have been there actually.
  3. And this was her sister, owned by K McK. I brought three from the litter over from Lancs....this one was Templekings and he sold it as a pup to K. I had Fly, the one in my avitar and a black and white bitch that I later sold to Templeking. They could kill in Ireland but had brittle feet......
  4. Captain see that little bitch in my avitar? She was by Deacon (pure saluki) to a Whisper Wishes greyhound bitch and only ever ran in Ireland. She killed a load of hares as Colly or Templeking will confirm, but had a few faults. She would yip on her first race of the day and if she killed out of sight she would eat the hare, or as much of it as she could before you found her. One Boxing day I lost her for three hours and when I found her she had devoured the whole hare, her third kill that morning, except for the scut. That was about twenty years ago so.
  5. Just to show we also used collie lurchers way back.....here is one of mine on the "Fairy man's" land
  6. I know it Jiggy....but back to the Fairy trees! During the early 's Templeking, wee Josey and myself were searching for some ground that Josey had been told had been full of hares some years previously. We followed directions and eventually wound up in the general area......this was long before satnav you understand. I bounced out of Joseys motor to ask an old guy on a tractor if he would mind us taking the dogs for a tramp across the land for a run at a hare. He told me that until about 5 years previously there had been a lot of hares on the land but shortly after treating the fields with ...
  7. S-T-R-O-N-G S-T-U-F-F, NUFF SAID!!
  8. Best of luck Stevie, hope they turn out for you pal!
  9. Thanks for the correction Rob, I'll take a note and memorise that......some day you'll be as old and decrepid as me so stop laughing,
  10. And Kims litter brother was Max, sire to my Willow..... But we've been here before. Snoop that bitch off Razor looks a cracker. Makes me wish I'd taken you up on your offer of a service over Willow.....except it would have been wasted on me as I don't bother old lepus any more. But it's nice to see dogs of this branch of the tree are still being used and appreciated.
  11. Actually they can Jasper. The way it works is the land owner gets paid to allow the erection of one or more "bat'n'bird blenders" on his land no matter how little actual electricity it produces. Since a side effect is the destruction of birds, they're sort of killing two birds with the one stone. However this industry is of course too inefficient to survive without massive subsidies and so they hike the cost of our electricity to pay for it. It's an excercise in wealth redistribution.......we all, including the poorest people in the land, have to pay higher bills to subsidise the few already r
  12. And Candy, I think. This one was miscaptioned in a piece I contributed to one of the books by Darcy and ever since then I get confused.....
  13. "Ill get a few of Alan and put them up , maybe Bolio has some he can share ???" Most of the old ones I have I put up years ago and they've been copied and reposted, like Blondie in your avatar Rob, but here's one I took of a bitch of Allans in a car park after she'd won a match with 3 out of 3 away before the ban. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this was "Class"?

  16. dancers sire was a half cross.(blackarse)..dancers dam was a second generation half cross ..or so rumor has it .(.jodie )....jodie is in the middle of the pic inbetween dancer and blondie..so i would hazerd a guess the dancer was around 50% saluki maybe a touch more ..as the saluki gene seems to be stronger ....thats just my calculatuion ..maybe wrong ..but she certainly had a decent amount in her .. do you have a pic of razor i could see mate Just for you Steve
  17. Since they announced last year that all dogs in Northern Ireland would require compulsory microchipping from April 2012, I jokingly suggested that in future generations they would bring in compulsory microchipping for all newborn babies, as a means to identify and control the whole population. Well it seems I wasn't so far off the mark, at least in the mind of this raving megalomaniac...... http://hauntingtheli...ryone-at-birth/ Step by step......, inch by inch......, they come by stealth to take our freedom!
  18. Dancer was out of Jodie by Black Arse, both basically saluki greyhound crosses

  21. I think a lot of the people who sign petitions calling FOR the introduction of a dog license in the rest of the U.K. will not be dog lovers or dog owners, but rather those who have a morbid fear of dogs. These types of people often seem to receive a disproportionately loud hearing in the media if recent discussions on our local radio stations are mirrored across the country. A course in remedial therapy for their ailment would perhaps be a more sensible approach, but then common sense and bureaucratic regulations seem to mix about as well as oil and water.
