Dylan will have a kick about with Declan in the local park but he usually spends most of it in goals with Declan belting the ball at him and Declan has went ferreting in the past but to be honest they mostly stick to what they like.

My eldest two boys had a busy day today, Declan was playing for his team against St Johnstone and Dylan was back out with the ferrets. I dropped Dylan off on the way to the football and collected him on the way back and by that time he'd managed to account for six rabbits which will be making there way to the hotel in the near future.

Well thats up to you but consider what he could carry back to your own ferrets? if you have 5jills and he sorts them out for the next 5yrs thats got to be cheaper than jill jabs in the long run Y.I.S Leeview what about a popular stud dog say luckie or a dog who one cruffs do you get all the 100s or 1000s of bitches he cover to have a s.t.i check of course you dont !!!!!! tell you the truth I wonder why I bothered asking on here some times. theres so many ( not all ) who always shots everyone down. You shouldn't need to weigh a dog to know it's at it's proper weight, your eyes should be able to tell you all you need to know, if they can't you've got a problem. Just for you I've weighed my dog he's 24" tall and weighs 51lb. He's 3/4 grey/ 1/4 collie X whippet/ [3/4 grey 1/4 collie]. I fully agree with regards to condition mate, but when it comes to worming, you need to know weight in order to give an effective dosage. I'll be very honest with you mate. I just said it to goad folk into responding. Sorry. . . . but it worked. Haha. Trust me what i said will be nieth

It's not always a case of a ferret lying up though is it? The bit below was a reply I put on another thread about" digging or not digging". They don't always bolt mate. The local hotel which my oldest son supplies the rabbits for phoned last night asking for another eight so today Dylan, his youngest brother Brodie and I headed out to try and fullfill the order. First up was a steepish bank in a wood that had a few rabbit holes in it, Blue marked the first bury so we set the nets entered both jills and stood back. We didn't have to wait long untill we heard a rumble but soon after it went quiet, five minutes passed before two rabbits bolted out of the same hole. The first pursed the net and the second managed to evade the dog and found sanctuary
