  14. Sandymere That's interesting that...guideline protein levels in human athletes wouldn't equate to the same I don't think...can't imagine the world's top 100m sprinters eat less protein calories than and endurance athlete... All good stuff...
  15. Half the Western world and f**k knows how many Americans are fat as f**k...biggest problem is...bread and bread products...cakes...and what do we make them with wheat... I have a well respected and successful professional greyhound trainer on my doorstep who is always glad to offer good advice...and according to him the best thing to "put a back on a dog" is brown bread... Gain, one of the country's top greyhound food manufacturers produces what they call Brown Bread Nuggets http://www.gainfeeds.com/greyhound/brown-bread-nuggets I feed brown bread and have fed the Nuggets in t

  18. Baw man - this was done a couple o months ago...got more to be annoying me than "what if" one of my kids was gay...I've 5 kids aged between 21 years and 11 months...3 boys and 2 girls...would I like it if they turned out all Graham Norton or Doc Marten wearing lesbian...nope I probably wouldn't if I'm honest...but I wouldn't have it in me to love them any less...far too many folk have to deal with 'real shitty' heartbreaking things as far as their kids are concerned...we've been lucky with our lot..all hale and hearty and long may it continue...one of them being 'gay' would pale into insignifi

  22. Would love to be able to play the guitar - admire those who can. Seriously - how difficult is it to learn to play to a half decent 'round the campfire' kinda thing...?
  23. Seriously if I was you I would give the old bovines a wide berth 'cause if you think you can deal with a 'situation' with a stick mate good luck to you...if you've a big hefty cow beast with a calf at foot...or if the wind's spooked them...or dog's drawn them to you and they are getting a bit belligerent a stick will be as much good as the proverbial 'tits on a bull'...you may as well try and piss in its ear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck...
