  1. As above, Plymouth area and north Devon too.
  2. Neo gold is pants in my opinion! The mice down here live on it. I'm using mainly black pearl for mice at the mo.
  3. Only needed to mention it once "thank goodness" but I had a guy I did a wasp nest for, after I'd zapped it he said what if I said I can't pay now? I just smiled and said no worries, you will now be placed on the Cornwall pest controller black list as a non payer, and then if in a week ir so you have a lice, bed bug and flea infestation of biblical proportions, the only ones who'll come out will be a certain national who will take at least £250 off your card before they even put the phone down. To which he said I'm only joking, I said I'm not!
  4. Price drops! Wolverine £700 with mod, and no scope. S410 £700 all in
  5. Firstly the wolverine, it's .177, brand new Nov 13 from airguncentre, just had free service by daystate last week, it has a mk6 airstream moddy and a Hawke 4-16x50 ao scope, absolutely stunning unmarked stock. £780 for quick sale. Second up, completely mint .22 walnut s410 thumbhole classic, has a mamba illuminated scope on, but will sell without, the gun was zeroed then put away in the cabinet, not used since. £680 gun only or £770 with scope. F2F in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset or Dorset, Or rfd to rfd for twenty quid. Pictures by email, text or whatsapp. Cheers for looking, J
  6. Matty, I've been watching this with great interest, really interesting thanks. I've ordered one in .22 at£205 with the idea of trying to produce something like the performance of an imp but without paying £370 may I ask roughly what it cost you all in. Thanks again, Jamie.
  7. Your right, it's pretty good down here this year, I'm hoping to give myself a day off this week and get the deeks out on one of my south coast contracts, can't beat shooting them over deeks with an air rifle.
  8. Seconded, motion passed! . Forgot about romax, I just wish we didn't lose the dust, it sorted out some really bad farm jobs on the initial set ups, then backed up with the usuals.
  9. £7.50? What's that for? Must be for new customers.
  10. Been with santander for years, no charges, unlike when I used barclays and lloyds business banking.
  11. Rento are quoting one twenty plus vat down here.
  12. Started off promising down here but as yet hasn't really materialised, maybe four a week at present. However the flea jobs are more than compensating for it, blooming brilliant.
  13. Funny enough I got back this morning from south of France, blackberry down there already ripening and elderberry well on the way, northern France still only blossom. Down here in Cornwall they're coming along nicely.
  14. Bill fountain, top bloke with very comprehensive package at good price.
  15. Very true chaps! That's why I mainly stick with the contract rabbit work and moles, obviously I still do wasps and suchlike, but I'm steadily distancing myself from the mainstream as it's becoming a real head ache with aversion, resistance etc because of Muppets getting hold of stuff and misusing it through lack of/no training.
  16. Remember years ago the case of the American operative who did a domestic flea job caused by the family cat, he powdered the cat, liver failure within hours, suitably sued and prosecuted. Although there is a long overdue move towards stopping access by amateurs to products like this it's going to be a long time coming. Meantime we get more resistance build up because of improper use, just like with the rodent bait fiasco.
  17. Funny enough were off picking elder flowers today also, herself made a gallon of cordial yesterday, the ones today will be going into strawberry jam. We've had a brilliant year on the strawberry front. Matt, would be great to meet up, but mine would be a pint of Orange juice "yuk" these days. All I can say is thank goodness we've found good tasting alcohol free wine.
  18. Matt, it's quite funny reading this as whenever we do our regular jaunts up to Dorset we drive through your village and that really nice looking pub on the side of the road, I always wonder if you're in there having a tipple! Now I know you have no reason to be in there at all. When I was still drinking I used to do full mash, proper ball ache really but I wanted to feel I'd done the whole thing by myself. Now we have this place the first thing I did was plant an Apple orchard and a pear orchard, God only knows what I'm going to do with all the apples now, I planted all different juicing var
  19. Matt yes I use oa2ki but also a food grade, both in powder, didn't get on as well with the wet formulation. Millet, glad you mentioned you'd been drinking, otherwise your posts on this thread would make you look an utter cock!
  20. I use de now, kills the mites and red mites, when I clean out each week I put in a good depth of miscanthus on the floor and the nest boxes then blast that with the Dr5 filled with de, the birds have a lovely dust bath and kill any lice or whatever also. Also using food grade de instead of chemicals now, just mix it in with the feed, working brilliantly.
