When I started work you expected to get all the shitty jobs,it was a fact of employment the the new kid got all the shit and tricks.You stuck at it and worked your way through the system and when a newer employee started it cut you some slack.Any wage was better than the dole and you were more than content when you picked your Friday wage packet up.To many now are not willing to start at the bottom as they believe they have a god given right to start employment on the same terms as folk that have earnt it.Fair play to the lads that are offering young uns a fair chance at employment,i hope they

The only reason I used the fell was because my mutts were to tightly bred and an outcross was needed.

If my worst enemy owned a Better terrier or lurcher than me id attempt to source a pup from them or certainly a line,ive never been to proud to admit that others own better than me.The thing with Any terrier,especially Bedlingtons is the fact that there is very little honesty,in breeding and working tales.Ive struggled to find honest stock,as have many others.I don,t line for the sake of a line and the next dog I use is about 8 weeks old now.

If you want numbers you drive the land with a lamp,if you have a lurcher that struggles to catch what it easily kills then you drive the slug and drop it out of the motor on top of its knackered quarry.A daytime dog that hunts up its own chase,spy,s it hundreds of yards away and then can cover the ground and make up the distance that a slug never could.It will never account for anything like the numbers a 4x4 and lamp allows,it will account for,on a regular basis,better hunting and a more proficient ability.Id not own a Deerhound/Greyhound as I think they are a lost cause,ive seen far more Bul
