    Friend of mine studded his dog out for a pup, when the pups were born the owner locked the bitch & her litter in a dark shed to prevent him from claiming pick of the litter, the entire litter ended up blind Karma is a bitch

    Ok lads... Ive a panic on here... Need something to feed hubby for his lunch but all I have is 1 steak and I dont want to do chips Ive guiness in the fridge, onions and butternut squash and spuds.. Any ideas?

    My fella cooks about twice a week and occasionally bakes bread, since my mum left my dad loves cooking and bakes really nice cakes as a bit of a hobby for himself

    Damned rats are in my attic... Dont think they liked it much when I sent the ferrets up to play will the smell of ferrets be enough to keep them out of the attic until I block the hole up tomorrow?

    the irish are a queer breed for trying to feed you, lost count of the amount of feeds ive had visiting farmers... From the full irish to bacon and cabbage to smoked haddock and soda bread to pork chops... No wonder I gained weight then to top it off tea and apple pie or brack Some difference between the reception you get from farmers in england and the reception you get from farmers in ireland

    As close as you can get it, although you'll often get more than 1 fox in areas where they arnt used to being lamped especially this years cubs that havent got wise to the lamp yet. Best craic there is lamping foxes what dog have ye got?

    Having an opinion is not being melodramatic (i'm too old and wise for melodramatics )..........when breeding a litter for work be it lurcher, terrier, collie or whatever, there will be surplus puppies (as no one breeds a litter to keep them all) these surplus puppies are not wastage they deserve the same treatment and duty of care as the puppy being kept, i know straight away with any litter i have bred which pup i'm keeping BUT...........that doesn't warrant calling the rest of the litter wastage!! there are too many people breeding litters now that have no duty of care to a litter and treat

    If we are talking about chancing a non working breed I think if reared right a standard schnauzer could have potential for bushing abd ratting... They were the original schnauzer and used as a general watchdog and ratter about the farm and as they are not as popular as the miniature they havent been f****d with as much by the show fraternity

    A breed I also like Johnny, had a good 'un once but I'm older an wiser now and I cannot see the point in 'em nor any breed I couldn't get out and work properly. I simply wouldn't keep anything I couldn't use. Id love one if I was in a country where pigdogging was legal, saw one on a topic on here... Lovely animal

    There is litter wastage in border collie litters as well vixen, same in show litters many are easy to spot at a young age and those pups are sold to pet homes. Your being melodramatic.
