Thats the point lol, eventually you accumulate too much stuff and when moneys tight you cash it in, trailers are another good money maker, I usually have a few kicking about... Buy them cheap at auction and do them up, ive 2 im in middle of tidying up and im looking for the right horsebox now

Im not very good at making things but im good at turning a profit, used to buy childrens riding ponys at general horse sales, clean them up a bit and sell them through the papers, also used to deal in show poultry, bought show quality birds at a big sale and sold them at smaller sales. Same with auctions and car boot sales Given up on most of that for time being, still have a room to clear of junk that I will most likely send to auction

Id rather not sell them... But a single axle lightweight dog trailer, single axle mesh car trailer suitable for turf/lawnmower or 3/4 sheep

Any pics chid? Ive also to pick up a cheap horsebox soon, my strategy is to hit the auctions when everyone is broke at beginning of january although I might have to sell a trailer or 2 to fund it

I have had some great looking horses that where wankers and a few butt headed ugly cobs that where worth their weight in gold when it came to pulling carriages around Dublin City,but unless you train her and put the time in you will never know I learnt to ride on ugly cobs, so far the only use I can see for the connemara x is as a companion horse... He will stil need a hunter in the next year or 2 and we only really have 7acres to graze them on

Hes a nice looking horse alright l330, will be at least 6-12mths before the connemara x is big enough for the factory... If all of a sudden she turns out to be a looker I will sell her at drumshanbo instead, but it costs as much to keep a bad horse as it does a good one.

If I had the money id go into farming boer goats... With the amount of immigrants in the country you wont be short of customers for meat, get the skins cured as well as a sideline and any horns could be sold to stickmakers

My brother in law is selling his dog trailer, failing that hit the auctions and buy a cheap old banger to use as a dog van/farm vehicle

Funny enough the connemara x my fella bought will probably be sold to knackers yard in a year or so, after seeing my new filly hes finally realising I wasnt being mean when I told him she was a heap of shite I remember the photo of that one.....did you ever do anything with it? Shes a rough looking thing.. Yet the mare she was out of is a lovely animal... Gonna give her a while longer see if she surprises me but I doubt it, dont think she'll be worth breaking in even... If I can get 250-300 for her from the knackers yard next summer i'll be delighted. Im confident that next year
