    apart from ticks, you shouldn't have problems with fleas, yes they may pick up the odd rabbit flea, but they cant survive or breed on ferts, if anything a quick spray with any cat flea spray after ferreting should keep them in good steed

    hi all, I have an easy set long net basket and two nets approx 30yds each, all with magnum poles, and a curved ferret carrying box, two compartments up for swap Im after a set of camo's for a mate, so around size large, jacket and trousers, in one of the new type camo's, real tree/mossy oak etc am in essex so eye to eye exchange, no postage its the basket in front of picture, not the big homemade one at back

    yup, its that simple, I think my easiest one took half an hour, £45 thank you very much remember to put the peanut butter on the trip plate, either lay trap on its back, or fix to an upright beam

    good on ya, one thing I notice is that you don't use "ferret finders" like we do, is this because rat burrows are more shallow and less likely to need digging, or are you guys less worried about losing them, than we are with ferts

    lots of people see pest control as an extension to their hobby and think that it will be a good job to get into, it may work out like that for a few lucky one's, but pest control in towns (where the money is) is not rabbiting/moles/woodies etc, its fleas,bed bugs,cockroaches,midges,mice and rats, and although its still an interesting part of the job, its not country sports, I was lucky, I got into a big firm and have been contracted to london underground ever since, I go with the contract, so although the big companies have changed, I have always stayed with the contract, but shooting ferals

    so, giving you some advice does not seem to register, as you visited the site yesterday, probably read this your only post, and left, no filling in of your profile as suggested, nothing, seriously mate, its not that we enjoy picking holes with new members wanted posts, but if your serious about shooting, your lack of info does not put peoples minds at rest, as they see it as someone who really don't give a $hite, and I for one would not want someone with that attitude on my land,

    thats why I only ever do COLLECTION ONLY no couriers, they collect from my doorstep, where they are being recorded on cctv, any problems after we have footage to back everything up

    a word of advice, FILL YOUR PROFILE IN, with as much info about YOU as possible, pictures etc then try posting a few topics or joining in posts, take a step back and look at your 1st post and see if it reads the way we read it a totally new member, who has not bothered introducing themselves, or bothered to fill in details,telling us about them, yet they want us to offer permission on a plate, to walk around shooting with a gun would you lend your car to someone you'd never met, had no details for????
