  1. anytime you want, alot give up ferreting when theirs young as it can mean the rabbits wont bolt, and therefore more digging is normal, but as a form of pest control, its all year round
  2. the missus just saw one run back under the shed, as she was closing them up for the night, so may just get a couple more
  3. the woe bit, if you read it correctly is to smelly nellys post, quoted above,
  4. todays catch, a single youngster, think this is nearing the end of the infestation, as none of the PEANUT BUTTER has been taken from other traps, I think the catching trap going off, tends to set a few others off to

  6. is it a lone ferret, or housed with others
  7. hob looks more like a sandie than a pole
  8. appologise for reading it wrong, but if your running a "pest control buisness" are you therefore charging to clear rabbits and passing that on, or doing as a "freebie" to help the buisness, are you going to instruct these ferreters to do treatment reports and method statements, will they be covered by your public liability insurance, as a buisness, do you not need to check out , those you send rabbit work and in my opinion, you need to drop the "woe is me act" just my opinion mind
  9. christ, 3 posts in over a year, and you want everyone to give you numbers for rabbiting permission why did'nt I think of asking that, rather than finding my own
  10. prehaps put them up on the running dog section, rather than ferreting
  11. fox; red bushy tail, looks like small dog rabbit; small furry thing, hops alot, big ears, eats carrots sorry, couldent resist
  12. it was either emptied before of after going off, or the trap second from left, may have set it off, when it caught that mouse
  13. if only it was that easy
  14. your right about not getting to smaller a cc, but dont go over the top, you just admitted you aint got loads of cash, which bigger bikes can cost, and carry on costing to keep running, buying a cheap higher power bike is gonna cost when it goes wrong, also, dont just "expect to pass" we sold wasp's (my missus) bike, a 250cc hornet to a young lad who knew he would pass, he's now on his 3rd attempt I'd look into a 600cc, but with the restrictor plates in, bringing it down to the 33bhp, it'll still do a ton (100mph) Im gonna say, look at second hand HONDA HORNET 600, if you look around 98 2000
  15. I knew there were good points to getting old, my vitara just cost me £229 fully comp with protected no claims
  16. try sheilas wheels, ladies only insurance, is normally cheaper for some reason and also better for her to get her own "no claims"
  17. this mornings catch, one trap left with peanut butter, so may be coming to the end
  18. go for it, cant see a problem
  19. needs a price and location, or it gets deleated
  20. our day techs tend to make their own, using either peanut butter or chocolate spread as a base ingrediant, prehaps thats what you'vre heard from a pestie?
